    I just got a pop-up telling me that my new chickadee had arrived. Wonderful, except I already had the 3 spots filled.

    the new chick appears on my neighbor bar as a chick (gift & message options only) but did not get added to the roost. So I can't send them mentor gifts.

    The chick is online playing right now so hoping this can be sorted before we lose them.

    You will have to loose one of the 4 chicks. Is there one that is not playing that could be deleted?

    Hi Shooger,

    That worked! I was trying to avoid it as while I think one isn't playing it was still early to boot them from the roost. However, I did delete that chick and the new one did take the slot.

    Hopefully it was an isolated occurrence and doesn't happen again. NFQ, plse close.
