Failure accessing the Main Plaza

    Hello,

    Please help me to resolve the issue of not being able to access the Main Plaza. The problem began five days ago. I can access all the windows on both the Main Farm and Bahamarama, but I cannot access the Main Plaza. The page turns up all grey and I am unable to navigate back to the Home Page and the other windows of the game.

    Looking forward to the game functioning better. Thanks Much.

    Hello Barnyard45,

    Can you try clearing your browser cache and cookies and also clearing the Flash cache to see if that solves the display issues.
    Have you tried using a different browser to see if that helps?

    Thank you for your assistance. I cleared the browser cache and the problem was resolved. Yaaay!!!

    I would like to say that I appreciated the live demonstration on "How to Clear your Browser Cache". The step by step demonstration was simple and easy to follow. Thanks again.
