Fairy Den Upgrades

If we upgrade a fairy den twice, does that mean that when harvesting that fairy den, two steps are shown on the progress bar and two prizes are won instead of one? Or is it two steps forward and one better prize? Thanks.

Upgrading a fairy den twice will give you 2 steps on the progress bar and an increased chance for a better prize. All fairy den harvests only award one prize.

Just one more question - if we upgrade 2 fairy dens twice, does that then mean 4 steps on the progress bar?

 

Each fairy den can be upgraded a total of 3 times and they will give 3 steps on the progress bar. Den Level 1 is the base den you get when you open the fields. Levels 2-4 are the 3 upgrades.

If a fairy den is upgraded three times, each time after the third upgrade, you will get 3 steps on the event progress.
If you have 2 dens upgraded twice, and you harvest both dens at the same time, yes you will see a total of 4 progress steps (2 steps each x 2 dens).
