Fall Festival basket - not able to purchase

    Hi guys,
    According to the event FAQ, the Fall Festival basket can be purchased 5 times.
    As far as I know, I have bought only 1 basket, but for some reason, the basket is not available to purchase anymore. Only the crates.
    I would appreciate any help, my ID is 55679213.

    As stated in the FAQ:
    so that is correct you can only purchase the Basket once. The Crates can be purchased a maximum of five times :
