    Hi,

    I have completed both Booth 1 and Booth 3 requirements. I have received my Piccolo boxes which is great.

    My question is about the level 3 reward Event cloud row. I see two listed in the cloud.

    I try to install givers in the cloud row but when I click on a cloud it directs me back to the festival screen. Why? Why can't I use the cloud row I won?

    Hello sueperkins,

    The 2nd row that is rewarded to the Top 500 list is also visible and is at the top of the cloud rows. If you scroll further down, the one that you won should be visible.
