Feedback Fall Festival IV

Please post your constructive comments, positive and negative, regarding the "Fall Festival" Event in this Feedback thread. We are looking forward to capturing your initial reaction to the event, as well as the final opinion after participating in the event.

Although the presentation screen of the players' positions have been refreshed and revamped, I hate the fact that the side bar was taken down. Trying to scroll to the bottom of the screen at position 4000 takes forever!

EDIT: YAY the scroll up/down bar is back!

 

It is indeed difficult to see the list of Top participants without a scroll bar, and more so with the expansion to 4000 players.

I do like that we can sort the list by neighbors or the flag under which we are logged in, but as the EN forum is a collection of multinational players, it would be nice if we could sort with a similar option as on the log in page, i.e. that we can select different flags on a drop down menu to see friends from other countries without scrolling through the entire list.

When I use my scroll button on the mouse, it only moves the list approximately 10 players making it 400 times to see the full list That is exceptionally painful for my hands and with the list updating every 15 minutes (I think), it is more than I can keep up with.

 

This has always been a popular event for those who wish to empty their barns and attempt get top prizes but it would be nice to have a lesser Cloud Row just for completing the initial part.

 

Brilliant idea, A Cloud row for us who only do the Booths part as we want to keep our barn things and critters for Quests and other events! I really hope "they" read and consider that for next year!

 

Thank you for adding the scroll bar so we can easily go through the "Tops"!

 

I don't get wanting to empty your barns for very little rewards - Even the cloud row they get doesn't seem like enough to all the people who are participating. Maybe I'm missing something but don't think so. I would like to know what the incentive is for the many people who are trying to get into the top prizes. I could maybe understand if they were getting several piccolo boxes or neon stables or BB trees or something that is only for the top. The prizes are not even a sure thing - they are a maybe that the stables or trees given are new ones. I think of all the time & effort & probably money that went into filling those barns I just don't get it. Just my thoughts.

 

Floridasolve, I agree with you too Fall Events Rewards was not that rewarding especially CR, which was much less rewarding compared to last year Fall Festival which gave +1 tress and +1 stable

This cloud row not even close, we can get 2 piccolo boxes by completing 3 booths that without the need completing into Top 4000 risk emptying your barn

They do not offer extra Piccolo Boxes or offer newer trees or stables without trying get lucky via using Wonder Trees and wonder stables

Also do not offer Jumbo or Super Trees that would make more sense and more appealing

 

I agree it probably wasn't worth emptying my barn. I made it to the 2nd level, but it's not a great time of year to do this event in the U.S. because of Thanksgiving. I had family fly in for 5 days....so didn't login often.
I will not do this again unless the prizes greatly improve.
I do want to give a huge thanks to all the generous farmers who gifted me items to help with this event!!!
