Thank you for this change in event. It was interesting. A bit frustrating if you didn't have what was asked for and/or couldn't buy it on the market but being given the option to skip and hope for it to ask for something else was great. (When it did ask for something else)

However, I am very thankful that breeding animals and other such items were not included.

I enjoyed this event, in the end :p

It should have. I still think that upon "reset" that the task should not be the same as before the reset but I have no idea how they would program it. To spend timers, BBs or 2 hours only to have the exact same requirements show up is not a new task.

I greatly enjoyed this event! :DIt's nice to have a completely different format than solely growing/donating event plants....and as others have stated the now popular breeding animals. The reset was inventive, and with the timers, you could deny a request if you didn't want to fill that order. I also like that products & crops were in high demand, which made the market go nuts!!!:wuerg: It rewards those of us who have played forever or are hoarders! LOL:p

The reward of the cloud row is very good...but... I really would have like something a bit more "special" or memorable for Farmerama's 5th anniversary/ Birthday. I was reminded of this, when I went to put out my "B-day sheep pens" this morning. I adore their floating balloons...so I always put them at the bottom of the screen.

    My suggestion would be:
It would have been great to have a completely unique animal pen or tree that signified the 5th B-day of this fabulous game!!!!:music:
    Just my 2 cents....

This event was so great because it was soooo different from others we have done. Yes it had difficult bits - products up to our highest level, and easy bits - low tree fruit, but that is the beauty of this event. It was complicated, it had an unknown element, and I got caught with not enough animals and crops, so I had the choice to buy or grow. It was fascinating! Go devs: if this is an example of the future and you take into account the views above of others before mine, then we are in for exciting future events.
    Thumbs up and thanks;):)

I love this event even though I'm still struggling with the batteries.

The pluses feedback from me are :
    1. The quantities of requirements were reasonable and challenging.
    2. Each task can be done by everyone according to his/her wish. Resetting the requirement was very bright ideas and innovative.
    3. Very generous rewards (EP, CC, SG, SSG, Wonder Stable, Wonder Tree, PF, CAC, Helper Coupon, Sticker, and the most I wanted "Teleporter Cloud Row").
    4. No breeding animals, rare tree fruits, or special animals were included.
    5. Deliver all at once when I have enough requirements. To prevent any loss partial items that have been donated, when resetting the task.
    6. Duration of event was accommodating.

The negatives feedback from me are :
    1. Limited options when resetting task. There were only 5 options required for each task. (ie. for products on high level player required for only Timber, Ostrict Egg, Koi Fish, Honey and Cooking Pot). Should be developed further.
    2. Bouncy cake, the final reward giver, was not right placed. It is a little bit annoying to have a grey cloud row.
    3. The drop rate of event items was little low.

All in all, I still enjoyed this event. Thumbs up and thanks BP !! :):)

I have everything but batteries. Still need 130 batteries to finish Willy Woggle and only 40 hours to do it. As usual the drops are too slow. I have a trophy at 25% and a magic tree. Even planting carnations does not give you enough batteries....
Other than that event was OK. Products required were Koi, Ostrich eggs, lumber, honey and cooking pot. I cancelled the cooking pot and the second koi request, and bought ostrich eggs. Mine had been donated just before the event to "let there be light"....

I have just finished the event on this farm. A big thumbs up to the team. It was great fun, even though the batteries are slow. My main farm is still awaiting more batteries but should finish in a few hours. Good luck to all still busy. :D

Post #23 from Brookeham said about everything I wanted to say. Just want to add a few things:
Every now and then BP could/should spoil your fans (especially your longtime ones) with goodies. Birthday event is the best opportunity to do that, isn't it?;) Instead of a bunch of gambling mistery stuff, how about one good tree and one good stable?
    Nevertheless, an interesting event.:)
Happy 5th birthday, Farmerama from a sometimes grumpy, picky, frustrated but always a good fan!:D

I did notice the event plants have quiet a high EP, 80 for a 8 hour plant. That should have made all lower level players happy. At least I was.

I've finished the event and I basically liked the format, I'm fanatic about finishing for a good stalk row.
But.... I'm left disappointed with a really bad feeling about the whole thing.
The EP rewards were pretty good and the CC rewards were great.

The Stable and Tree rewards... "Are Not Rewards," all they are is frustrating!"
Stables - They were very, very stingy again.
If I never saw another Hamster again for the rest of my life I'd be very happy! Why can't we feed the nasty lil critters to the Wolves?

Didn't anyone besides me figure out that Wolves don't eat Broccoli and Onions? Check with National Geographic, it's true. The little broccoli florets get stuck between their teeth and everybody knows how annoying that can be, feed them Hamsters (oh, and storks.. according to Wiki the largest population of storks is in SW Asia but that's wrong, it's on my farm!. AND UGH, they eat Fish not Hamsters.... or Rhubarb for that matter.)

Seriously, I believe one of the problems is that the mystery stables are not as random as they are supposed to be, I know players that constantly get great pens, Red Upgrades and even Pink Upgrades and others that always get repeats.
I would have been 1000 times happier with "my choice" of ONE animal or 1 Orange Upgrade for a Rooster or a Frog etc. vs increasing my flippin Hamster collection. That would be a real reward.

(one other thing, weren't Hamsters supposed to be offered for the very last time about 2 stable events ago?)

    Ghibli Trees -
UGH Once again, I'm sure someone got a Blackthorn and is thrilled but as far as I'm concerned it should be renamed to
the "Ghibli XL Lemon Tree Reward Program." Actually, I don't really mind getting Lemon Trees because the EP is good and the Lemons and they came in handy when we were collecting tree EP for an event. But enough is enough, I could give Sunkist a run for their money!
    "It's not a good reward!"

EDIT- As playful123 mentioned, ever since I traded 300 stars to become a Living Legend and put my Trophies in the Tree of Wisdom, my rewards have decreased. It doesn't work.

I really liked this event :) I had fun and I liked how our goods were needed. Not too much either; ok maybe the products (e.g. honey) but really nice overall :)

Great work BP, enjoyed the event very much.
I do agree with Brookeham's statement, a unique reward for celebrating FARMERAMA'S 5th Anniversary would have been wonderful.
    Happy Birthday !

I really do like this format, but it does need a little tweaking.
    - First, the number of products is way out of proportion to the other items. Considering it takes animals, feed, and quite a bit of time to produce a product, the number should be lower. It would make more sense to ask for more tree fruit, more animals, and fewer products.
    - Second, when a step is reset, the result SHOULD NOT be the same requirement, sometimes many times in a row. When we have paid for something, whether it be by drop item, BB, or even the wait time, we should get something in return.
    - Third, there should be more variety in the required items. I appreciate that BP seems to be trying to fix the ridiculous amount of HARVESTS that higher level players were required to meet with the lower level crops, etc. in previous events; however, I would not mind having to donate a few more higher level items (I'm talking about 100s - not 1000s) in exchange for more variety. I only had to donate 5 tree fruit, around 100 crops and 2 animals, but seemed to get the same 4 or 5 items. A greater variety would also help with the problem of getting the same requirements after resetting.
    - Third, the drop rate needs to be fixed. I think this has been mentioned for the last several events. I MIGHT just barely make enough drops and I'm at level 91 with LL at 29% and all fields open. I think that if all other requirements have been meet, the drops should be at least close to completion.

I do appreciate it when I see evidence that BP has listened to the feedback from players! I do hope to see that evidence for a drop rate fix very soon!

I really liked this event, it was the first time I thought I actually had a chance to complete the event. I have had my event crops for a day or so and still don't have enough batteries to finish. I have tried everything I can think of and still am not going to have enough drops. I have had some wonderful neighbors and friends that have helped, and I want to thank them. That being said I have gotten the trees and stables so am pretty happy.
