{FAQ} Midsummer Event

Reminder! All the info in this FAQ was correct at the time of testing. Some info could get changed when going LIVE, the FAQ will be updated as soon as possible with correct information, so thank you for your patience and understanding, and don't forget to refresh every now and then to check for updated info (particularly translation of names).



This event will be online from June 20th - 28th

The Quest is about the midsummer-fest.
We celebrate the longest day in the year and the midsummernight, which is (i.e. in Skandinavia) a night, where the sun is always shining.
Players have to collect birch branches in order to decorate a maypole.
They will celebrate the midsummer the Scandinavian way.​

* How can I access this event?

From level 2+ you'll be able to access the 2-tiered quest in the Farmers' Society Building in the City.

• NOTE:
• The first part: Midsummer Fair I can be started at level 2+
• The second part: Midsummer Fair II can be started at level 21+

* What is special about this event?

• There will be an Event plant:

Willowherb

time: 4 hours
EP (2x2 plot): 40​

• Can be grown ONLY on the Main Farm and Green Meadow.
• Each player will get 10 seeds at the beginning of the event. They are NOT for sale in the Shopping Center nor the Market. If you drop to less than 5 seeds, you'll need to wait for the automatic replenishment every 5 hours roughly.

• There will be a drop item:

Birch branch
​

This drop item will float up from your harvested items (crops, trees, stables, etc).
You'll find your stock of drop items in your barn on the "other" tab.

• You can also buy some in discount bulk quantities in the Shopping Center (see below).
• They can be gifted to your neighbours, up to 5 free gifts can be sent (or 7 if you have unlocked the Skilltree rune), and you can receive up to 20 gifts from your neighbours/friends.
• You can also get some in the Event baskets (see below).
• If you have a Magic Tree, it will give 1x event drop item per harvest during this event

• There are two successive Quests.

When you enter Farmer's Society, you'll see a new quest called Midsummer Fair I

This is the first of a series of 2 quests...

To access the 2nd quest: Midsummer Fair II, you must have first fulfilled the following challenges:

• Quest 1 - Step 1 - Silver Challenge
• Quest 1 - Step 2 - Silver Challenge
• Quest 1 - Step 3 - Silver Challenge
• Quest 1 - Step 4 - Silver Challenge
• Quest 1 - Step 5 - Silver Challenge
• Quest 1 - Step 6 - Silver Challenge + Gold Challenge + Diamond Challenge

Then of course you can go back and do all the other gold then diamond challenges as you wish, until the end of the event.​

* What are the requirements and the rewards for this Event?

Please note that donated resources will not be refunded if you do not finish a certain stage. Therefore, please make sure that you have enough resources to finish the mission before you donate, or you will loose the partially donated resources.​

* Will I get some stars for each challenge?

Yes, as usual with Farmers' Society Quests, each silver challenge gives 1 star, each gold challenge gives 2 stars, each diamond challenge gives 3 stars.
Additionally, Quest 2, step 3 gives some extra stars as rewards (as shown in the charts above)​

* Can I pay with BBs to work my way through the challenges?

Yes. You can hover over the 'gold chest' on the right, to see how many BBs it will take to finish the challenge you are on.​

​

If you click on the 'gold chest' you'll be asked to confirm that you do effectively want to spend these BBs to pay for this challenge.​

* Can I buy some extra drop-items in the Shopping Center?

Yes, here are the available packs:

• 1 "birch green" - 2 BB
• 50 "birch green" - 85 BB (15% off)
• 100 "birch green" - 150 BB (25% off)
• 150 "birch green" - 200 BB (33% off)

* Will there be any Event baskets?

Yes!
Each basket is available to be bought just one time.​

* Will the leftover Event items (Willowherb and Birch branch) be exchanged after the event?

Yes.
Each willowherb will be exchanged for 2 EP.
Each "birch green" will be exchanged for 3 EP + 4 CC after the event.
The exchange may occur the next day, or maybe even a bit later.​
