{FAQ} Snowed In

Reminder! All the info in this FAQ was correct at the time of testing. * From what level can we participate in this event?

From level 2.

* How can I access the event?

The quests will be in the Farmer's Society Building in the City, and it is called 'Snowed In'.
​

* What is special about this event?

• There will be two special event crops:

Ice Flower

Time: 4 hours
EP (2x2): 36 EP
Plantable on the Main land, Magical Glade and Green Meadow

Witch Hazel

Time: 6 hours
EP (2x2): 44 EP
Plantable on the Main land, Magical Glade and Green Meadow

Every player will get 5 seeds of both event crops at the beginning of the event. If you drop under 5 plants the system will check every 5 hours and replenish up to 5 seeds.​

• There will be a drop Item:

Snowflake

You'll get these drop items when harvesting your farm​

* How can I get more drop items?

• They can be gifted to/from neighbours and friends. You can send 5 (or 7 with rune) free gifts, and you can receive up to 20 gifts per day. After the free gifts, you can send more gifts for the same price as 1 item in the shopping center.
  
• You can buy Snowflakes in bulk in the Shopping Center (see below)
  
• You can get some in the event baskets.
  
• If you have a Magic tree it will give 1 x Snowflake per harvest during this event.

* Is there anything else I should know?

Yes!
When you enter Farmer's Society, you'll see a new quest called Snowed In​

Please note that donated resources will not be refunded if you do not finish a certain stage.
You can donate the whole amount requested by the quest or partially donate the resources you have available, until you finish the mission (silver, gold or diamond). Therefore, please make sure that you have enough resources to finish the mission before you donate, or you will loose the partially donated resources.

Also, for each step completed you will be rewarded with 1 Star.

* Can I pay with BBs to work my way through the challenges?

Yes. You can hover over the 'gold chest' on the right, to see how many BBs it will take to finish the challenge you are on.​

If you click on the 'gold chest' you'll be asked to confirm that you do effectively want to spend these BBs to pay for this challenge.​

Gives: 300 EP + 1 Raccoon Mask

* Will the Which Hazel and Ice Flower stay as a crops in game after the event?

No.​

* What will happen with the left over event items after the event?

After the event:
- Each Snowflake will be exchanged for 6 EP + 5 CC;
- Each Ice Flower will be exchanged for 2 EP + 2 CC;
- Each Witch Hazel will be exchanged for 3 EP + 3 CC.​
