Farm and account gone!

    I gather that Big Fish have stopped all Flash games.

    I have the Farmerama Unity game thingy downloaded that we were asked BUT
    I am unable to log in!

    I have my user name "istanboy" but the password I am not sure (I enter the one that is saved on my PC.

    I have just bought a Season Pass and now there is no game!

    I have had to create a new ID with my FaceBook account just to write here on the forums.
    When I go into the game (which is Flash!!) obviously with a new account that is not the farm I want to be playing on.

    Who can help me get my information back for my account?
    Big Fish and Big Point Support are hopeless and just give standard answers...

    I also no longer do not remember the email with which I originally signed up for the game but it is certainly NOT the current one that I use.
    When I buy a Season Pass I always get confirmation from Big Fish through the email I use.

    I am confused and upset if my progress and farm are gone forever!

    Support can not help. The game is no longer supported.

    If only there were a way to learn my log in details I would be able to log in to the Farmerama download.

    Strange how I am not even able to log in to the forums here under my normal Farmerama name.

    The only thing I am able to log in to is Big Fish Casino. It appears it has become a gambling only site!

    What's more there is no slider bar on the support form and so it is impossible to send a support request!

    You can contact Support from the link provided above. Even if you can contact them from the Username you are using to post on the Forum if you cannot get in with your original username.
    I am sorry, but until we have further news, there is nothing more I can do.
