Farm Express - Seemingly valid stable will not trade

    Hello,
    I have a sheep shearing shed I: yellow in my inventory which I have tried to send on the San Gigantica Express several times, in several different combinations, and each time I get a message that I do not have enough goods. I added the items correctly, with total each time displayed either 500 or 750 trade value corresponding exactly to which cargo I selected.

    It seems to be just this single pen that is not functioning, because I have made at least several other successful trades today.

    Can you please fix this error so I can finally trade away this yellow pen for something I may get more use out of?

    Can you try clearing your browser cache and cookies to see if that helps solve the issue.

    I cleared the browser cache and cookies, also deleted stored information for this game in my computer's flash player - and restarted my browser each time, but it has not resolved the problem. I will try again tomorrow after I have shut down and turned on my computer again and see if that works. I have a sense that it will not help though. I had another identical yellow sheep workshop that traded away fine, but this one seems to be stuck with me, which is okay. I have spent enough time and effort on this, so If it does not trade for me tomorrow I will give up trying.
    This issue is not resolved, but if there is nothing more that can be done, I understand. Thank you for the suggestion.

    It may be that particular upgrade is still connected to it's base, try placing it direct onto a field and then deleting it.
    If that doesn't help, please contact Support with the exact combination you are trying to use and which cargo you are trying to buy, so they can assist you further.

    Good news, it seems the upgrade was still stuck to it's base as you suggested. I placed it directly on the field and noted that I had 4 base sheep shearing sheds in my inventory. After deleting it, I had 5 base SSS and the upgrade, apparently the upgrade was stored with the base still attached, although there was nothing to indicate this by looking at it. It actually was a little funny since I have never caught this happening before.
    Thank you very much for your help. I was able to finally trade the SSS upgrade + 2 apiary + 3 chicken coop for a 500 TV mystery cargo. With it I hope my farm gets something else good that I can get a lot of use out of.
    Please close here, as I consider my problem resolved now.
