Farm Restore...

HI
I have a question...so I tried this farm restore, although nervous, on the majical glade. This is where all my pinks are...so when I hit restore, the only thing that disappears is my pets. My stables/workshops/trees are all still there. when I refresh...my pets come back.

what am I doing wrong?

Hello elimeno.

The farm restore feature is only available to Premium Package users. Pets are excluded from this feature.

Yes, I am a premium user. Thats my question...why do the pets disappear and nothing else? then I refresh and the pets are back. I thought everything would disappear except the pets and then restore...I will try those trouble shooting steps now

Tried the trouble shooting...same thing...only thing disappears is the pets. Q: Do I manually have to delete everything and then it will restore itself when I click restore?

We've been told it's a visual glitch. The pets look to have been deleted until you refresh. The Game Team is aware and working on a fix.

OK but is this glitch why I cant save my farm, have everything on the field deleted and then restore?

I saved 2 pics of the glade...but all the animals and trees never left

Have you saved your field before you deleted it? You can save each field by clicking on the blue disk in the Multi-Tool function

Yes I have...twice. Q: Do I manually delete it or will it delete after saved?

 

My understanding of this feature:

For the first time for each field you want to make saves :
Example using your pink pens on Magical Glade: You take a picture of the layout you want saved. You will then need to delete unwanted items. You set your fields up for event planting, you then save this layout for the Glade as well.
Now you have 2 saves stored, you will only need to choose which one you want to use in future and the Farm restore will switch the fields to the choice chosen.

OK...that has been really really helpful...just to confirm that after I save...I delete each item myself?

 

Yes, you will need to do this yourself the first time.

Then in future when choosing the Farm Restore:

You now have 2 saved layouts on the related playfield which you can switch between.

OK,,,I appreciate your help. I have saved them...the confusion was if it auto deleted after saving or if I needed to plow the land.
