This looks like another event I will not complete through no fault of mine!The amount of drops required is ridiculous!

I actually went to my mill to check how many drops I got but then I realized no milling is required this time It feels strange, I had used milling but well I like this much better

Thanks! Last one and the weather is supposed to be warmer than last Saturday (started the day below freezing last week, ugh). So I'm hoping to do my full set-up and I'll be 'wheeler-dealering' all day!

And back to farm/event stuff - sewinglady got the +1 crops on the farm wheel this morning AND 1300 SG from the Soup & Friends FSQ (fish)...so that farm is pretty far through this thing already. This one is gonna be the opposite - skin of my teeth if I'm lucky. Funny how my luck seems to switch from one farm to the other.

Are we all trying to replenish our Baha crops? I'm growing pineapples as fast as I can... heavy sigh.

 

Wow that's awesome that some of you have received so many drops! I don't have any yet because I haven't done my first harvest yet since I planted barley last night, my longest growing crop, to see how many drops I'll get with it. I watered but still an extensive growing time. In about 3 hours I can harvest. Next time I'll do an 8-10 hour crop unless barley yields lots of drops for some reason. I do have stone roses growing on one field not taken with barley with SG & SSG + CAC going. After I have enough to cover all fields, I'll be working on that till I reach the amount needed. I already finished the left side bar as I already had all the tree fruit needed. Still working on the right side, then will work on main.

I finished right and left sidebars, and I too am replenishing crops used on Baha! No better time to do it than now as we aren't using it for "event crops"!

Late start today! Got 147 drops from the trees and stables I had up. Wasn't able to switch to crops for the initial run, but not unhappy.

Glad Ive got 1000's of each crop and tree fruit in barn I completed sides to get extra ep and cc's. Also made quite alot in market still got more to sell.

initial drop start got 250 rocks so happy with that, should have crops done tomorrow will change fields to get more drops. hopefully a less stressfull event.

Althou the drop rate seems very reasonable, do not rely on getting enough drops by growing the event crop only unless you love to have a giant excess of those in the end. Best to be wise and dedicate 1 field on Mainland to long timed crops (over 15hrs) from the start. It helps when you have something refined to use.

By doing so I gathered over 430 drops during the past 7 hours. Initial harvest of Rose Hip and stalls provided about half of that.

I'm happy there's nothing to mill or to play, meaning this is a trouble free event for me

Think I am going to put refined carnations and rose hips out over night and see what drops they will give

you'll find the sticker in your Sticker album... mine doesn't get stuck in the album ...I haven't got any pages left and they haven't added more pages to it

 

My initial harvest brought 144 drops. Considering I've never gone over 40 drops or so in previous events for each harvest, often times not even reaching over 30 for all fields total, I'm very happy with 144!

 

177 initial drops. How are we supposed to get 2200 drops in 6 days ?

 

Unfortunately, it's only 5 days Drops are not very good for me. 2200 total is looking impossible at the moment. We'll see where I am tomorrow.

 

FarmerDelight - it is only 5 days not 6. We will need 440 per day. Yikes.

 

well it would be doable if they wasn't tight fisted and gave us the 440 drops per day or at least near it

 

It has just past midnight in Germany(CET) and now is the time that you are able to give the next days gifts.This is a vital part of getting those extra drops. And for the newer players, please realise that these drops appear 'magically' : that is, they do not come out of your inventory.....

 

can also buy the new seeds in the shop. 100 cinnamon, grapes etc help (or you can sell them on the market.)

 

...or, if you've already cashed in at the side bar, put them toward restocking.

 

Have so far got 441 from the start of the event ...so how can you get 440 drops in a day ...have some stables out and lots of trees around the edge
And put in refined carnations and rose hips over night

Nellie, I believe this is the type of event where it is better to use all 1x1's and put away stables and trees. Anyone else care to share?? I have my Manufactory and Menagerie and Pheasant out plus 2 trees. All the rest are 1x1 plots. Trophies at 29% in the LL Rune. 26 hrs into event and I have 573 drops---9 of those were gifts. I used Rosehips for initial harvest and have been planting event crop since then. Used a 48 hr coupon so I would rather use the time towards event crops as much as possible. Then I will start planting longer crops Best of luck to all!! (my comp is acting wierd)

 

The drop rate is ridiculous -- even on my 1x1 fields. You'd think if they were going to make you get 2200 drops in 5 days, they'd at least let Baha drop too. No way I'm getting there.
