Mmmm! An unbirthday party ... love those. But as a wiser person than me says, birthdays are good for you, the more you have, the longer you live!

Back to topic - I need 1,144 drops which, by my bizarre calculation, is about right after two days with three more to go. Hey, maybe I will finish!

Edit: I'm trying really hard to stop myself harvesting. I have some Macadamia Trees with 10 minutes to go for the 5th level FSQ for Crystal Falls land and have my Toucans and Bikinis all lined up to harvest - after I activate the 6th level timer!

Oh dear, oh dear! Another classic line from a Pooh character "Sometimes I stop to think and forget to start again" (well close, can't remember the exact quote but you get the gist) - anyone guess the character?

Yet another edit! Managed to keep my hands busy and mind in gear to finally finish level 5 of the Crystal Falls FSQ and tomorrow morning will just have to harvest my Bikinis to unlock another plot ... shame the other one will have to wait a while - 80 GBs - sheesh!

 

Nearly done the 2 sides ...Stupid stupid stupid me put pine apples in to build them up again and lack 100 to give Grrrr another hour and 20 minutes and that side will be finished

 

Will finish with the crops tomorrow morning & start to gather drops from then on. Just like escalonilla, will go for refined carnation tomorrow. May be allot one field entirely for carnation tonight.

 

Done with the Crops...Need 993 drops..Positively may be I will do it...1x1 field with Rose Hips are very generous with drops, last night harvest poured 407 drops...Good Luck everyone.

 

look people/farmers i am still not awake yet.... my birthday just past.... feel like i am getting a cold....my head is pounding.. took our dryer apart last night.... now gonna put it back together.... (MAYBE...LOL) Least i have my coffee....

I have been slacking not getting my crops when ready.... so i may have blown this event.... but thats ok. still gonna tug at it till its over ... getting my refinery thing busy..... with whatever i have and gonna work backwards with crops to put in..till i restock. and next event.... i pray i will have the drop fairy with me....lol

its good that they may have upped the drops...... tommrow i should be done with event crops less i feel it will help me be sure on my drops...so we will see....

Me too, so don't worry. I haven't maxed my farm for drops either. Still confident I'll make it well in time before the event is over. Plenty of time to get a cold, put the dryer together, sow, grow and harvest.

wow!!!!!!!!!!! how are you getting so many salts and sugars and everything?? wish I could do that I use refined carnations but have never gotten anything near that

 

Event crops are done and I'm back on track with drops I have planted refined carnations with water - manure is getting too expensive for my taste

Wow indeed!!! And congrats!!! I will aspire to one day be able to get the same when I harvest my fields

 

I collected enough of everything to fill up the main bar when it had 2 steps less. With 1,000 GB excess -thank you Monkey Queen- I don't need the 3 GB offered for 600 drops but as it's in the path towards the CR I have no choice as to go for it.

I'm happy everyone is enjoying the increased drop rate. It kinda baffled me on my harvest last night and by now I barely can wait to see the numbers for the overnight crops I put in today. Drops might be enough to finish on the morning harvest.

Well.. ok.. I'll keep dreaming.

very late start due to computer problems BUT. I just started reached level 100!!!

now I'll see how far I can get in this event

I have four sections left to finish - think I will be able to do at least two but I am hoping to finish. Ever the optimist!

Thanks to the increase in the drops raise, I need only 163 drops to finish the event!

 

I got 385 drops from 3 fields of leeks leaving me needing 403 drops for the final drops I need, I habe no doubt I will get those today. So glad they adjusted the drop rate

 

Hi Farmers, My life have been quiet busy lately. Not able to post as often as i like. I was amazed to see huge driop rate of drops of harvesting Foxtail Millets !!

So i have finally got 2200 Marble Rocks to complete this event. So at last i can resume back to normal farming

Well Done to all those who have completed this event Plus good luck to those still work to complete this event.

 

Hey everyone! just checking in with 45 hours to go.
Anyone got 1231 pieces of marble they're not using? (stiffle laugh)..it's absurd.
I was thinking maybee..that this might have been an event originally earmarked for April 1 but was too horrific.
Like, I can see buying 50 or so drops to get it done, but this takes the cake.

 

Saturnia, I haven't had a chance to check if you made any other posts but I did see one early on where you kept two fields of trees and pens. Though it is not always a given, whereas you can only get one drop from a pen, you can, in theory, get four drops from four 1x1s. I don't know where you are with the event crops but if you can afford to plant your longest crop overnight, I am sure you will see a great difference. Maybe on two or even three fields, that should net you about 400 to 450 drops. If you are short of event crops, you can quickly catch up with three fields.

Not sure if this helps but I can see you are disappointed at working so hard and not seeing the light at the end of the Marble Tunnel.

I have two fields for event crops and have done two harvests each day with one overnight of Spelt. Tonight I will do Rye. I also have the Glade full of longer pens/workshops/menageries/giant pens and trees and a Howie but this only gives me between 40 and 50 a day. My event crops have given me between 40 and 50 drops each time I harvest plus about 130 to 145 from the overnight crop, I just about sneak the daily drop requirement.

I do have my LL at maximum - though I am not sure how much this really does help. I never remembered to move the trophies anyway!

I need just under two harvests of event crops and 512 drops to finish and should finish tomorrow. With a bit of luck and a lot of finger crossing.

 

My @#$%&* internet keeps droppping out(along with my TiVo) Repair guy coming AGAIN on Tues. I figured I would catch up on some shorter crops that I have neglected but its just getting to frustrating. I need 362 more drops so I will see which long term crop needs a boost and plant them With the increase in the drops there is still time to get plenty more so don't give up!! You may surprise yourself!!
