Farm Sign & Mail

a neighbor & I have been exchanging mail today & in the last 1/2 hour or so, I can't go from one field to another because the icon that indicates that I have mail overlays the Farm sign.

I have already read & replied to her mail so whenever I want to move from one field to another, I have to log out of the game & come back. each time, I choose a different field to harvest/plant & then have to go thru that process again.

it's like that movie "Groundhog Day"!!!!

edit = Farm ID# is 53421058

2nd Edit = okay .... tried an experiment where I very carefully placed my mouse cursor & that enabled me to access the entire map. Nonetheless, it's an annoyance for the envelope to still be there.

 

Check your inbox list, you may have another unread mail further down.
There's always a tiny corner on the sign that lets you still change fields.

As PeepsCA suggested, check your inbox to make sure there are no other unread messages. If that fails to get rid of the icon, you can try refreshing the Game.

edit = there are NO unread messages in the mailbox & the envelope that indicates that I have mail is still hovering over the Farm sign.

 

I have checked your account and there was no mail sign on the Farm post. I have cleared your server cache, can you please try clearing your browser cache and cookies to see if that solves the issue.
