How do you make more room on your farm? I've already filled my area with crops and pens? Do you have to get further through the game I.E a higher level to unlock more land ?

As you progress in the game you can open more areas: The Green Meadow, Magical Glade and Tree of Wisdom, Bahamarama, Shipwreck Bay and the Park.
