    Hello mods,

    following the post about the spinning wheel giver sales here, why is the givers for the Party Ticket Magic Stalk Row 4 are never offered (Mythic Nightmare/Pheonix/Dragon/Pegasus/Cerebus)?? Granted it's the worst of them all with 168h cooldown time, but my OCD with unfilled stalk row is itching with buying that last Mythic Phoenix that I'm missing! -.-
