Farm wheel/party wheel harvest bonuses for Easter Fesitival event???

    I understand that NO Artisan buffs will work for the Easter Festival crops, but will the farm/party wheel bonuses (+1 crop bonuses, 100% & 200% harvest bonuses) apply?
