Thank you very much, farmgazza :)

Your farm wheel is loading without problems, but we have adjusted some settings in your account which will hopefully allow you to load it properly. Your online cache has been cleared as well. Could you please be so kind and try again? It would be great if you could try clearing your Flash cache before accessing it again.

Did it help? Can we assist you further?
    Best regards,
    teddy.bear

    :( Hello farmgazza,

I am really sorry. Since the spin logs is kept in the Farmwheel, would it be ok if one of your spins would be used, to see if this unlocks it for you ?

I am sorry for all the trouble :( .
    Best regards,

    Hello farmgazza,

Thank you for your patience! It looks like your farmwheel loaded without problems and 2 spins have been used successfully. There is no problem with the account or the wheel, but some adjustments have been made as well. All we can do in this case is ask you kindly to please try a different browser. If you get stuck while loading it again, please refresh the game and try again, giving it more time to load :( .

We are looking forward to hearing if this helped.

    Hello teddy.bear,

I am currently using iexplorer 11 with latest flash and I have been waiting for something to happen, 2-3minutes

Sadly the same scenario exists. I shall go back to using chrome as up until recently have had no probs

    Cheers,

    Hello farmgazza :(

I'm sorry to hear that. It would be great if you could try Google Chrome (or best option at the moment - Mozilla Firefox). IE is not the fastest when it comes to browsing for sure  . We are looking forward to your update after trying a different browser.

    Hello teddy.bear,

I think you may have misunderstood me, let me refresh- I have been using google chrome for years it is my preferred browser.

I tried iexplorer 11 to see if it was a chrome (pepper flash) issue without success.

After your suggestion I tried Monzilla Firefox, again same problem.

Something must have changed in the traffic rules protocol for this to occur, I use norton 360 and do block some 2way

traffic,eg "widevine". If this is the reason could you please inform me which protocols to allow?

    Kind Regards

    Hello farmgazza  ,

My apologies for the misunderstanding. No special protocols or ports are needed for loading the farmwheel, if the game loads, all the features should be accessible - nothing has changed regarding the wheel.

It seems you know how to find your way around the technical stuff - if that is the case, would you be able to install a Flash debugger, to see if accessing the farmwheel will throw an exception? If you get stuck, the debugger should catch the problem and a screenshot of the exception window would be very much appreciated.

If this is not possible, please let us know - I'm not sure what else we could suggest  .

    Hello teddy.bear,

FYI I tried another computer without traffic rules and guess what, (no it didn't work) exactly the same problem!

    The screen hangs on 0%

PS I tend to fumble my way with trial and error

    What next? Mentor

    Kind regards,

    Farmgazza

    Hello farmgazza

I am really sorry to hear this. The account however is not the problem though nor this feature, as we don't have any other similar reports - nor do the other language communities. Would you be able to try uninstalling Flash and reinstall an older released version, please, to see if it helps?
    Best regards,

    Hello Again Teddy.bear,

I'm sorry to burden you with my problem re Farmwheel to bring you up to speed I have done the following
since last we "spoke". I uninstalled flash to try different version however I think google chrome auto updates to the latest.
I have accessed the wheel through a laptop and a tablet all with identical problems.
Why just the "farmwheel" every thing else works fine ?

    Kind regards,

    Hello farmgazza

The auto-updates should be turned off in order for this to work :( . Would you be able to try again? Were all the other devices connected to the same internet connection? Could you let us know which Internet Service Provider are you using?
    Best regards,
    teddy.bear

    Hello teddy.bear,

Optus is my provider,as far as updates go I don't think this is the issue as I tried my tablet which is android with same results.

I do have a Telstra mobile broadband portable wifi which I will try out in a few days (I lent to a friend In need). Thanks for the
suggestions, I will keep you posted
    Cheers,
    farmgazza

PS the flash plugins in Chrome are embedded so uninstalling doesn't affect

    Hello farmgazza, :(

If you could let us know how the other connection works, would be great ! As for the Flash updates - Firefox or IE would be a better option, or if you manage to install a Flash debugger that could capture an exception error message, would be great :( .

I am sorry to put you through all this trouble. I have cleared your online cache again hoping that somehow the farmwheel will start working again for you.
    Best regards,
