Farm Wheel Problems

I have tried running Chrome and IE with ActiveX Version 20.0.0.306 Flash Debugger.

No exceptions were shown on either and no change in Farm wheel Status

Thank you very much for letting us know and for trying this out - this means there is no actual error triggering this. Could you try to also perform a DNS cache flush? Instructions can be found here.

I hope you can try on a different internet connection as well, but if this would be the problem, we would have complaints from other players using the same connection.

We are looking forward to your update.

In the mean time, I wanted to point out that yesterday we had some game loading improvements, so hopefully this helped a little bit and unlocked your FarmWheel. Also, it would be excellent if you could try while the Party Spins mini event is on, to access the FarmWheel through the news button - there is a layer advertising the increased tree jackpots, with a 'Let's go' button at the bottom. This will take you straight to the party spins mode.

Still tearing my hair out, I tried the 'let's go' and the event app as well as the usual 2 farm wheels,

All have the same results still no joy.

Question if you play my farm wheel for me do I get the rewards? if so go for it, if you get the credits go for it

anyway as I'm wasting 2 free spins a day. Haven't had the opportunity to try different server yet.

When we spin your farm wheel from our end, you do get the rewards - you got the when your spins were used previously. However, I am unable and not allowed to do this . Our Customer Care Team however might be able to help you with this matter, and this will prevent the 2 spins from going to waste as well.
