    I am unable to load farm. My main farm is through Big Fish, is there any way to transfer the account to BigPoint? Farm ID: 53612445

    Hello MomAZ.28 :)

    Which browser are you currently using? Were you able to load your farm during the Open Beta Test that ran from 4 October to 4 November? Please try a different browser and see if you can load the game.

    As far as transferring from BigFish to BigPoint, I don't think that is possible.
