Anyone else having trouble with the completed mouse tasks being credited? I have harvested the pears a couple of times and sent her back after completing the task but the button doesn't light showing that it has been completed.
I have posted this in the technical issues but haven't received a response yet.

Look at my barn, I had over 2000PF
Wow, Can’t believe I had save/earn so many....
So, I decided to grow only 1 crop, I will used PF to wake the animals.

After inital harvest and finished preparation for seed, I got 209 cans.
It’s bedtime, let see how many drops I will finally get for day 1.

Figured how to do the event & finished level 1& 2 of the Chicken. Used PFs once. Rest used the crops. I think I won't be using PFs. I am very stingy when it comes to PFs. Time to go to bed, here too.

I think this event should be rated: CONFUSING!!!

I figured out were the levels are recorded (the yellow part), but what is the bottom brown part for. It makes no sense. There are 4 steps - levels ? with what looks like random balls.

Too confusing! & our event crops and drops are used so fast that I can't see how thing are being recorded.

OK Mir & the rest of you smart people, please explain.:p

Continuing on with sglick's example - the squirrel has to get 4 balls to go on to the next "round". So does that mean the squirrel falls asleep after getting each ball and it takes 200 power bars (or 2 PF) to wake it up to do get the next ball? That means 600 power bars (or 6 PF) just to finish the first "round", plus another 200 bars to activate the next "round" ? Then what's the purpose of the timer????

The brown section at the bottom shows you what training your animal needs. For example: rabbit - 2 trainings are needed to complete the level. He has to work in the first field with green apples surrounded by the blue fence, hence the blue button. Click on the rabbit and drag him over to that field. If you have the number of farmers purses required, the rabbit will begin his training. At the end of the time, click on the rabbit and he goes back to the bottom of the screen and falls asleep. In the yellow area, you will now have a blue button indicating you have finished that training. The rabbit now has to work on the tomatoes in the far right field surrounded by the green fence. But you have to wake him up first! You can either "feed" him the required number of power bar plants (grown on main fields) or power feed. Once he is awake, click on the rabbit again and drag him over to the tomato field. When he is done, click on him, he goes back to the bottom, and now you will have a green button in the yellow area. Then wake him up, click finish and the first level for the rabbit is done! Hope this isn't too wordy. Good luck!

    birdiesAunt has a great explanation.
I'll try again with the chicken, the easiest/cheapest one, since this is a pretty confusing event.

For the first level the chicken is showing one blue ball next to the green tomato icon. (as birdiesAunt says it's the plot with the blue fence) Grab the chicken and drag him over to the blue fence plot. They aren't really interested in training, that's why you have to drag them... Wait for him to finish. It only takes 10s the first time. They need to build up their stamina... Level 1 will be done and you will have a green "Finish" button. Click it.
Now you advance to Level 2. Now there is a blue ball next to the blue fence plot, a purple ball next to the shears and a green ball next to the ripe tomato / tree plot / green fence. Now you have to drag the chicken to each of the plots and fulfill the requests. Make sure you have the request donations before dragging the critter out for training.
I'm feeding mine the event crop, no precious PF.

    Best of luck, y'all!

Just tried this and it worked... if you have the goods you can have more than one critter training at the same time. I have one working on harvesting and one working the shears right now.

Thanks Birdies & Suzee. Now I understand, but for the Chicken, I did 2 blue, 2 purple & a Green. The Finish button will not come on and I can't go up a step.

The other 3 are in a similar states since I started randomly training.

I guess, I'll have to go to the mods to see if that can straighten this out.

EDIT: Someone did something similar to what I did so if we do too much training. All we have to do is wake up the animal and the finish button will come on. The balls/ training is accumulative so I didn't lose anything. I Actually, went up to Level 3 of the Chicken.

OK - this isn't so bad after all.

Is he sleeping? If he is you'll have a button that says "Wake Up"... Try browser refresh...

    Can you post a pic?

Excellent! I'm sure others will have the same problem.

I don't have enough blue "food" so I've been doing the other tasks. I noticed it's a bit difficult to tell once you move up to Level 2... 3... exactly were I stand with the rascals. Bit of a guessing game it seems...
But for sure a gray "Finish" button means there is still a task, or two, yet to be done to finish that level.

    EDIT:
Well this is annoying... There is room on the yellow board for 5 of each task. But... The chicken and rabbit only need to do the pears twice and the mouse and squirrel each do the pears four times... WHY?! One could easily donate drops too many times...
I seem to be doing OK on drops. So far...

I agree Suzee. There for a few minutes I was panicky that I had done too much.

If we click on the 1, 2, 3, or 4, we can see what is needed for each level so we don't do too much of an item.

I completely finished the chicken. I used way too much PF, but I got sucked into seeing how it works.

I am calling it quits for tonight.

thanks for the explaination, at last I got how to do ths event!
However, I think what make me confused is :
You had to wake the animal up to got the “finished button green
chicken 1st level only required to finsihed planting.
But when I finished. the chicken immed sleep which I don’t understabd why I do
the 1st level but no effect.
Until I wake him up, the “finished” button light up!

Phoenixboy12, have you ever play the game on your tablet?
Once I had used my fan’s i-pad and play farmerama, find it is quite convenience.
I at last, had bought one myself, install puffin and now farming my farm most time on my i-pad.
With touch screen, use theater mode could lock the screen. then all action can do like moving the animals.

I think I've got the hang of it ... thanks to those who posted about the things that were causing me great confusion!
I am not convinced that we can't over-deliver through our lack of training expertise ... can anyone confirm or deny my suspicions? o_O
I can't say I like those waiting times, I wonder away and forget what I'm doing! (No change there then!). :music:

Yes, you can over donate. In the case of the green balls/fence... The chicken and rabbit each need a total of two green balls on the yellow scoreboard. The mouse and squirrel each need a total of 4 green balls on the yellow scoreboard. It's possible to donate 5 times each of pears. Those are my, late night and early morn, counts from looking at the FAQ. Let us know if I'm off. Or as sglick suggests you can look at the locked levels and add the balls up. I have 10k pears so I could afford to experiment with those and over donate. The fear for most of us is over donating the drops. I'm too tired and really busy today so I'll leave it to someone else to add up the other numbers.

I use Puffin on my Android devices, occasionally. Try clicking on the mouse icon in the lower left corner and using the virtual trackpad to move them... touch, drag, release? I'll check it out when I get home later today if I can stay awake long enough... lol. Today I have to "fight City Hall" and won't work in my favor to be playing games while I'm there. Or it might make me look really busy and important... lol.

Yes, I forget too. I'm trying to focus on one critter at a time, the mouse for CR. Less confusing and just trying to get the right number of totals on the yellow scoreboard for now.

Thanks. Suzee. I also over-donated on Pears, thank goodness. But it is isn't very clear. I keep referring to the FAQs and thought I had done it all. Think I blinked when the "Finish" came up and carried on lol! :D (Good luck with the City Hall, Suzee! o_O)
I will be a little more observant tomorrow, thanks to all those who have posted here to help others. ;)
