Don't worry about over donating (at least the first couple of levels while figuring out how it works) because each level is a continuation of previous levels. You do not start over when you level up, just add to what you previously trained. So any over donation at one level will simply be applied to the next level when you've finished & moved to the next level. :) Example if you trained the rabbit using watering cans (drops) when @ level 1 (not necessary to complete level 1) it will still be trained for level 2 and you will not need to do it then to complete level 2. :D

    However, dafodily....
the over donate on pear on first 2 animal(chicken & rabbit) will be excess as this 2 only need
2 training. Over done will be useless as well as waste of resources ( on PF or power bar palnt
    to wake animal up)
This is extreme danger if over done is on cutting training as it mean loss of water cans!

Finished all levels of the Chicken. Used Power Plants for waking up, reserving PFs for Breeding. Thanks to those who posted about the things that were causing me great confusion!

The general strategy of all the broke farms is to make the junkers cloud rows rain-rain ccs. xD Maybe the junkers cloud rows have ccs because they sure don't have pears on the ground in the barn. xD

The farmer_broke farm has junks growing everywhere. Growin junks for kicks is the name of the game as long as time permits. It will do whatever it can do after a few days of brain-numbing junks growing. Maybe it will get ah fancy tree or somethin.

In order for the farmer_broke farm to remain somewhat sane it will keep its market stand open and try and dump pears to reach a low of ah million.

Come one come all, get your juicy pears from farmer_broke for about 2,999.99 each. It grew them all by itself. xDxD

As one of the broke-grand-baby-farm-family mentors would say: Happy Farming

I have no idea what I’m doing but I think I’m on track - have gad to wake animals to get the finish button so I must have over donated. Thankyou to all you great people for explaining or I would be completely lost :wuerg:

I am also confused! I have finished level 1 for mouse but can't find the Finish button anywhere.
    EDIT: I found it!

No mindless junks growin on this farm. Well, no stalk open and I'm workin on it .... one day :cry:xDxD:cry:

I thought the park was for water tanks xD:cry: so no room for some ep giver thing-ah-ma- jing xD

I wonder if I get one of those crates of crap from this event? Can someone help me with the answer?

Only a quarter million juicy pears to dump here.

I've got my super duper poopper scoopper out runnin behind some chickens.

I need to get ready to grow more pears in about five years or so.

Nu junks farmer here like that farmer_broke xD

One more thing ...... would you have a loan. I want to purchase a pear tree or two now. xDxD

    Good luck junkersxD

One thing I noticed... If the "Finish" button is grayed out... mouse over it. Look at the yellow scoreboard... the completed tasks for that level will be highlighted in green, the uncompleted tasks are highlighted in red. Finish the red ones. Maybe that little tidbit of info will help keep ppl from over donating. I also noticed the squirrel is very greedy, negotiated a good contract, and we have to do all five balls on each row to get him to the top level. Or did the chicken get the better contract with fewer tasks...?

It's funny... at least one person on the first page of posts had mentioned about the "Wake Up" donation but until I got into the game things just didn't click in my little, tired brain.

Things went OK at City Hall. I have a pile of paper work to do and turn in ASAP. As if RL isn't busy enough for me these days.

I'm sure I'll come back to your posts after a few more days of junks growin on the broke farm. Right now the junks growin is a real challenge for me.

    Thank you for your help.

I started training my animals today and I have to say I am not too crazy about this event-.--.- I'm still not sure if I am going to over donate on any of them and what's up with the time you have to wait for them to be done doing there thing??o_Oo_O Maybe after I do a few more rounds I'll feel differently Now I think I better switch to gifting watering cans:p:eek::)

Keeping Event FAQ open to see what is needed for each level and then "mousing" over the finish button as others have suggested really helps a lot. Good luck to all!

@julie1013 Even if you overdonate, you still get some reward for it. Otherwise it's very simple. The bottom grid shows you what you need, the top grid above that shows you what you've accomplished already. Just match the top grid with the bottom one. The best is to do level by level, but you can always check the bottom grid for level 4 to see what will need to be matched to finish each animal.

I am still confused! I click on my Wabbit, it tells me I need 300 Watering Cans even though I have already donated most of these - and the Wabbit's whole training only takes 250 Watering Cans! :wuerg:
I will just donate carefully for each animal from now on.

    On the yellow scoreboards...
The chicken requires 2 purple balls to reach top level, in addition to 3 blue and 2 green
The Wascally Wabbit requires a total of 3 purple balls to reach top level, in addition to 5 blue and 2 green
The mouse requires 4 purple balls to reach the top level, in addition to 4 blue and 4 green
The squirrel requires 5 purple balls to reach the top level, as well as all the other balls

The game allows you to max out all of the balls for each animal. The squirrel is the only one that requires all the balls filled in on the yellow scoreboard to reach top level. You get extra rewards but if you are short on drops... overdonating can prevent you from finishing some of the other animals and getting the top rewards.

My main farm has completed Lvl 4 for mouse and chicken. Stalled waiting for drops... event is 115/168?h remaining so... roughly 2/3 of event is remaining. Lots of time to get the remaining drops. One of my farms got +100% crop for 24h! It's way ahead of other two farms.

Clearly my brain can’t cope with this as I keep picking the wrong training even though I know which is needed. I feel like calling it a day but stupid FOCD won’t let me!

Continuous, mindless junks growin all over the place is about as hard as BEEPs can make an event for me.

    An insanely simple strategy:

Go to the event and click on the number four (4) and those are ALL one should complete for that animal. simple

Plenty of time left and there is no hurry hurry.

One will need gazillions of event junks. Just grow them like a mindless junker.
One will need a gazillion of another event junk to wake up some sleepin idiot in training. Just mindlessly grow the junks.
    One will need pears.
Just buy 100 pear trees and stick um. One tree is cheaper than one pear today and you have them. (I've made enough ccs and even that became mindless.)
Drops are needed. Just plant a long time crop at night and sleep well.

Just do the above and you will have trained well to be a Professional Junker. (You will not have earned the title "Event Junkie" until you have been a Professional Junker during several events.) :D

    Happy Farming xD

    --- edit ---

For the cloud row and items only , do NOT do level four on the rabbit and the squirrel. One only needs to click on the number three. This is as far as one needs to donate.

Click on four and the gift for the rabbit and see one will get a snowy for only 2,000 more junks.

Click on four and the gift for the squirrel and one picks up a couple of workshops too or something.
