    that is, the trophies awarded through the Farmer Society Farmer and harvest quests, as well as from the Magic Glade Tree

    Does the tree icon finish off the trophy? If I finish the Farmer Quest does opening the rune do anything additional? (or vice-versa, if I do the rune first will completing the quest add anything to the trophies?)

    Hello woody,

    Each Trophy level you win through the Farmer's Society Quests can be donated to the Rune in the Tree of Wisdom. The benefits of doing this is so you get drops on all fields instead of moving the trophies from field to field, as trophies only effect the field they are placed on.
