Farmer Quest - locked out of Garden Expo

    I can't deliver the goods to task 8/10 of Garden Expo. The button is grayed out. This is only happening to this particular quest.
    Any suggestions?

    Hello garden-angel,

    You will not be able to deliver anymore goods to that quest till you are at the level to donate the required goods. You need to be level 81 to finish level 8, Level 85 for level 9 and Level 89 to finish level 10. This only happens to this particular quest.
