I liked this event. 5 hours crops were good, so were the partial rewards. also the drops were good, unlike many previous event. I barely met the trees requirement, only had about 25 EP to spare. I mainly wanted to get the bear stable and I got it :D. It was very difficult but the strategy thread and the jumbo stables helped. However I would suggest to do only one of these very tough challenge per quest. Either the tree or the animals alone would have be sufficient to make it challenging. The 2 tough challenges in one quest must have discouraged many players.

i would also suggest to give players a choice in their rewards. I was happy to get the bear stable which had eluded me for a long time, but If I had a bear stable already then the reward would not have been so good and I might have skipped the event. I suggest to give a choice between an bear and a wolf, or any other rare stable. It would be a better reward for advance players, and even the less advance one.

The last event gave away much too many chameleon stables.

    The Good:
I really like that BP is trying different things. The company seems to be listening to its customers, and that is very much appreciated! My favorite thing about this event was that it wasn't necessary to completely finish the two hardest steps (Steps 1 and 3) in order to get the cloud row. I think that was very smart on BP's part, because as a player it's very frustrating to achieve the cloud row but not be able to use it because cloud row items weren't achieved. Second great thing: the cloud row itself! I have often said I'd like some old cloud rows to be brought back so we can get a second chance at them...BUT, if you're going to introduce a new cloud row, this was a great one to introduce! Lots of great EP and BEP in this one, great job BP! I also really liked the 5 hour crops, for two reasons: first, the grow time is just right...we're not bored and waiting (like with 8 hour crops), but we're not constantly glued to the computer, like with 3 or 4 hour crops. The second reason I liked it is because (with water and manure), players are able to get two harvests out of one Pumpkin Jam.

    The Not-So-Great:
I'm not a fan of giving away breeding animals, especially when PF can't be bought with CC's and takes forever to mill, and especially when no Baby Boom is attached to the event. Also, Step 3. For those of us who don't have jumbo pens or many (or any) reds or pinks, this step was really tough. I know, completing it was optional (smart move by you guys!), but still...a lot of us feel compelled to try as hard as we can to complete everything, whether we're required to do so or not. It's part of what makes the game fun. So, without lots of high-EP pens, us lower players found ourselves glued to the computer for that 24-hour period. Being glued to a game because it's tons of fun is one thing (and that often happens with this game!)...but being glued to a game because you feel you have to be isn't as much fun. Again, I understand it was my choice. But, feedback is based on personal opinion/experience, and that was mine. Step 3 was just really, really high-maintenance, and that's not my favorite thing. One other thing made the timed steps more stressful than I would have preferred: the fact that I (and so many of us) were having tech issues with the game during that time. I know this event was developed way before the tech problems started, but it was just unfortunate timing. I wasn't able to complete Step 1 (even though I would have had way above 60,000 tree EP) because I wasn't able to log into the game for hours, and the timer ran out. So, with just the one tree harvest, I had 48,000 EP...definitely enough to level up, but somewhat frustrating to not be able to finish due to technical issues with the game. Again, not something that could have been prevented, but I thought I'd mention it anyway.

Thanks for asking for -and listening to- our feedback!

I liked it, anything that is a change from the usual mundane plant-harvest-plant of event crops gets my vote. Something that actually needs a bit of strategy to plan what you are going to do.

It was a nice event as it was different from the others.
I liked the timed quest but I think the event crop amount should have been less. Time was needed for preparing our farms for the timed quests and there was no space for growing the event plant.

I loved this event, one of my favorites to date.
The mix of having to collect EP as well as grow event plants broke it up, not to mention the rewards were GREAT!
Certainly worth the time to remove pens, add trees, remove trees and add crops etc. I like the strategy part, that's what
keeps me interested and I found the EP levels requested and the event plant amounts to be very easy to accomplish.

It was probably not the best for the casual players but that's the beauty of Farmerama, the casual players can do their thing and the players who want to dig in their heels and actually play the game have plenty to keep them going.

The only issue that I have is all the requests for more Golden Banana's, more GB's and BP is trying to make it easier to get them which will take away the challenge for the serious players. I think that GB's are a breeze to come by, 5 a week shouldn't be a problem. I mean the cloud rows given out just since last November are giving out almost 30,000 BEP 'per day,' that alone is more than enough to move up a level in a week... even with no crops and no pens used.

Again, there is absolutely nothing wrong with playing a casual game but that's your choice. If you want faster GB's the tools to get them are available to everybody, you just have to take advantage of them.
