Farmerama downtime made me lose level 39 season awards

    Repeat downtimes have caused me several losses, in many ways, even in terms of real life money (all the thigs paid for but consumed with absolutely no refunds, etc.). I've let that go, without complaining, even though Bigpoint should acknowledge these facts and properly refund us.

    Now, though, I lost the level 39 Season awards just because I had tried to donate something worth 68 points, the only ones I needed to get level 39 completed (just got home from a transatlantic flight) only to see that in that key half hour, I could not do it because the game first kicked me out and then wouldn't let me log in again. It started to work only 5/10 minutes after Season had expired.

    How am I going to be compensated for that? The only acceptable compensation should be crediting the awards missed. Am I right or not?
