The amount of animals for the current event is ABSURD

 

In today's day and age, it is somewhat ridiculous that the game is not enabled for mobile devices, at least on Chrome or another browser on mobile devices. Everyone does EVERYTHING on a mobile device now. If BP wants this game to be sustainable and advance their profits and patronage, this should be a strategic priority.

 

I just wanted to say thank you for putting new content into Baha & now I am not stuck on level 600. I complained about it a few times so just want you to know I appreciate that you listened to the many of us that complained. Now I'm on 729 so I also appreciate that you kept records so that we didn't lose all those points etc. THANK YOU. Floridasolve 1404513

 

@Laurelei,. I play on my android mobile all the time. I have a Samsung s10 5G and use Chrome. i usually have to refresh at least once as the seeder will quit popping up and sometimes i have to close the browser and reopen to start the game. However, I can play though harvesting my whole farm while I'm out. I don't do too many fancy things, just the basics as I'm happy to at least harvest when I remember.
Try clearing your cache to see if that would help load the game. I've also heard that the Opera browser works well so you may try that.

 

I don't appreciate how the field crop bonus for the seasons shop keeps increasing in price. 13 tokens now needed! This is a HUGE increase. BP, you should be ashamed.

 

After months of having Orange Tortoise pens on the Wheel (including Party), we now have it appearing several times - and again - including Party Spins. I never put out Yellow pens, they seem to be a waste of space on the farm for me so to win one for a Party Spin seems like a loss, not a win. Please, I have tons of Orange Tortoise pens but I prefer them to Yellow!

 

I thought I could post in Player Feedback but found out we can't. So....

I can now have Llama stables *BUT* they require the fruit of Sweet Chestnut trees. In my view, if a common stable is available, the farmer should be able to make food for it and NOT have to buy the fruit nor the Llama feed at the market.

 

I was very interested in ONE of the Black Friday packs so I was disappointed to learn that I needed to buy the first two shown before I could get the one I wanted.
Very greedy! I wonder how many farmers will actually bother or, like me, think it is not worth it.

 

I also found one of the "Black Friday" packs that I would have purchased because it was in my budget BUT did not want to buy the ones ahead of it! Poor marketing will cost you sales! Something to think about!

 

I only bought the first/small one - the others are too expensive for my monthly game budget. It would be nice if all were unlocked and did not depend on purchase of others. I'm no financial expert, but I'd think that for those inclined to spend more, not having a restriction would lead to more sales, not fewer. I'm the type who doesn't like to be 'forced' to do something I don't want to do or buy something I don't need/want, so on that alone, I'd walk away from spending extra just to reach what I really want.

I have noticed lately that when logging in, sometimes the pop-up for the choice of farm to log into goes off before I click and I accidentally click on one of the media tabs (Facebook, etc) and it starts to open up a new window for it. I am wondering if this is a recent change, I believe these were to the right of the password box before. It is not a major problem, just an annoyance. Is it possible to move them back or lower them so they are nowhere near the User ID box.

Please do not take this as criticism as I know you all work very hard to keep this game fun. I just need to express my reasons for considering quitting this game after 13 years (I think) and thousands of dollars invested in Farmerama. The "compensation" packages do NOT adequately compensate for all that is lost to your dedicated players. Many of us use 400+ units of Supergrow on two fields of Event crops...only to be locked out of the game until long after the Event crops would have been ready WITHOUT having spent those 400+ units (that is a real cost to the player of several dollars for just one game delay...not to mention this happening over and over). The same applies to Suzy's Supergrow, Turbo mulch, Power feed, Barnyard Bills, and... As it does not cost BigPoint anything to give us a much larger compensation package, it seems good business sense to significantly increase the value of these compensation packages (again, costs BP nothing) in exchange for keeping players who actually spend a great deal of their hard-earned cash to stay active on your game.

 

Criticism is not a bad thing. I have been trying to log in and take action in the game. But even tho it logs in the game does not actually count any actions. I cannot enter a few areas, I plant crops I refresh the page and boom, it is still not planted. I do not know why it has been like this. I really hope it will be fixed real soon because I have lost so many buffs. I spinned Party Wheel like minimum 80 times and now the buffs are gone :/ (Tried to clear the cache and everything but still the same)

 

hello my friend, I agree with you, you are absolutely right. I'm trying to explain this too, but unfortunately it doesn't make any sense. It is answered only as a DDoS attack.

 

I would like to express my appreciation for the new tree designs. The most recent new trees for the mainland are delicate and leafy, very pretty and I enjoy having them on my fields!

 

I know what you mean, I always had same issue as well. Even before the attacks and the after. I do not think it will ever be fixed tho.

 

This game was moved from Flash because of "security issues" but I never remember it having DDoS attacks. With the move to the new platform, the game has had many problems and unless you have the worlds fastest internet/computer, it has been difficult to get pages to load. Some pages don't load correctly, some require multiple requests to do so. Nothing is more frustrating than to load in Moonlight fields only to have them not allow you to plant because it thinks they are your main field where MM crops are not allowed. Sometimes getting into a page only to have the game suddenly take you out to a different page. CR pages are some of the longest pages to get to load. I often need to refresh the game to get a page to load properly.

I understand that DDoS attacks are something you don't expect to happen but they are more effective because this game isn't efficient on this platform. I recommend that you take all your "event" developers off of events for the time being and set them to fixing the loading problems in the game. Stop giving us events to be frustrated over until game issues are stabilized.
