Farmerama refuses to fully load

Been having these login problem on and off for 2 weeks already.

It began somewhere around 29-30 January when I was kicked out of the game while I was attending to my farm while on my work break. Attempts to sign back in (several of them actually) always ended up with bar being stuck at 100% and asking me to "Please wait" but the game refuses to load beyond that. Didn't think much of it then as i went back to my hometown for a long weekend and everything was working fine (different comp, different ISP).

Once i was back in my work place and rented home using my personal comp, problem creeps up again with the bar being stuck at 100% and asking me to "Please wait" but the game refuses to load beyond that. Every once in a blue moon, the game fully loads and i was able to enter my farm to do my usual stuff but most of the time, the bar just remains stuck at 100%. Tried to load the game with other browsers and got the same result (bar stuck at 100%)

Everything else works fine except for the Farmerama game. Forum was fine, youtube was fine, otherface book games which require Adobe Flash player was fine. Tried deleting cookies and reinstalling Adobe to no avail. Even as i'm typing this, i have another browser tab that is trying to log into the Farmerama game but it still stuck at 100%.

Hi Tidus19,

Have you allowed you PC to store flash info from Farmerama? Have you got the amount it can store set high enough? If you right-click on the game screen and select global settings, then in the settings menu make sure allow sites to save information on this computer. You can also see in local storage by site, how much can be stores, I suggest setting this to maximum.
If you are repeatedly clearing your flash cache to try and correct the problem, then it will take time for the data to reload that will slow it down to start with.

I've always allowed Farmerama to store info into my computer and i've already set the value to unlimited.

This screen can go on for hours at a time until it times itself out and return to login menu.

Any other ideas?

The techs have had a look at your account and sprinkled a little fairy dust, has this helped at all?
I presume you've tried clearing flash cache (from flash player settings)?
I know similar problems can occur if the net drops during the loading, all we can suggest is keep refreshing (F5) until it eventually loads.

Yea, it actually loaded into my main farm a few minutes ago. Must be one hell of a fairy dust.

Doing my business with the valentine event now. Still not sure if the situation is really fixed or it's just a short term band aid fix. Will report back again after i log out and then "succesfully" back to harvest in a few hours later.

I'm back. Feedback time.

Couldn't log back in after that successful attempt in my previous post. Keep trying to log in but to no avail. Only difference was instead of being stuck at 100%, the bar is now stuck at 99%. Even to bed while leaving a tab with loading and woke up to find it managed to log into my farm but i was kick out so after before i managed to do anything.

This event is as good as a goner for me.

I am sorry to hear this, sounds very weird. Could you confirm that you have deleted the Flash cache as well, not just the browser Flash? Could you also please be so kind and contact Support for this matter - they could adjust the settings for your account as well and maybe that will allow the game to load properly. Hopefully it will fix the problem you are experiencing and keep it away.
