Farmerama Survey

Hi,
I'm not 100% on this but I think the survey is coming up blank, and repeatedly on the cinema. It's got the same shape and M/O of the survey but it won't load.
might be a glitch with it?

Same happened to my cinema 2 days ago... or yesterday. The game was loading low so the movie did not appear. It's that white screen before movie appear... Not exactly white but blank. Has the screen color. It's exactly like before movie appears. Well, the game is working normal speed and movies are loading well. Maybe is same matter? I checked now and is not working anymore. Hm.... yes... Refreshing the game is not useful. It's seems.... a bug?

saturnia22 is like that? Is your game running slow than usual?

Hi,
I'm having the same M/O as the 'Movie' person who inquired about a completely blank and loading screen. And today it's merely sitting there blank.
I've done the whole shebang on troubleshooting etc. and double checked the flash version (it's up to par) (I believe I wrote about the screen shape earlier)
It began to go wonky about 4 days ago with videos running and no points...not a biggie but then the videos graduated to just a screen shape and nothing...then just stopped loading sitting there pretty like a blank butter-cream wall. I've worked through threads but nothing to assist me with it.
Any ideas?

To take a screenshot:
1 - When that page appear again (or any page you want to take a screenshot) pus "print screen" button on the keyboard.
2 - Open your computer drawing program (or choose one online) and paste there. You will see that the image will appear there. Then you save or cut if you want.
To post a screenshot:
1 -Here http://imgur.com/UOCuOsX you can upload your image and resize or wat changes you want... if you want. then open the photo in view mode and copy the link.
2 -Go on the page you want to send your image on forum (like here for example).
3 - In the text scree you have that picture icon and past the the link. And done

I have merged your threads because they address the same issue. I will create shortly a thread where we can address all the cinema issues. At the moment, there seem to be not some missing surveys, but missing videos, that would make the cinema screen look blank, when in fact the "video place holder" is there. If you try to select that area like trying to select some text, you will notice the video box.

Please keep an eye on the thread that is about to be created and post there with as many details as possible. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
