    Hi! I have this Premium account automatically renewed ( payment date 11.29.17). Lately don't remember to see the pop-up window with the Farmer's Fortune package, seems I don't got it. Can you check, please? Thank you.

    My package it's active, I have all the benefits, water, auto-harvest and so on... only the bonus missing. Thank you. I have a ticket opened since yesterday, no answer. So, not my mistake. What can I do now?
