Farmers' Society Shipwreck Bay V

Hello,

I completed the Farmers' Society Shipwreck Bay V, task 5 level 3 and one of the rewards is a shipwreck bay area upgrade, but no extra space was gained.

Am I missing something here or is it maybe a mistake in the reward listing?

No, I'm sure that area was already opened when I completed Level 5, Step 3 Diamond yesterday. Those givers had been placed there for quite some time (probably close to when the Shipwreck Bay was released). Is there some way that you can verify any of those details?

I was expecting that the area at the top of the screen (under the wrecked ship or maybe some sort of portal) would be unlocked. Obviously, I would not have wasted all of those Baha resources for no gain.

I can confirm you completed the quest step that awarded expansion on 24 August 2022. Your Shipwreck Bay logs only show when the givers are started from the last harvest time. Your logs show that you started that section today, 25 August at 18:19 CEST.

That field is completely filled with givers. There is no other section left to open. You haven't wasted any resources as you now have fully opened Shipwreck Bay and filled it.

It is not possible for zone 5 to have been open prior to you completing the quest.

I'm absolutely, 100% sure that 'zone 5' was already opened and filled with givers for months before Shipwreck Bay V, Level 5, Step 3 Diamond was completed on 08/24/2022.

I specifically recall rearranging the Bay after reaching Baha level 600 (before the new levels were recently added) to place crate givers and those with low EP but with crop percentage bonuses. Like Viking Sauna, which still sits where it was placed many moons ago - evidently in what is 'zone 5'.

Is there any other data that can be examined to verify this?

Your logs indicate that you reached Level 600 on 11 June 2022. It shouldn't be technically possible for you to have had access to zone 5 prior to completing the Shipwreck Bay quest that opens that zone. There is no data to verify your claim because we cannot see what was previously harvested. Logs show what is currently on the fields and when that was last harvested.

If you had access to zone 5 for months, it was a bug and you benefitted from all the resources collected until you officially redeemed items for the quest.

OK, that's fine. Since this issue has been attributed to a 'bug', either there was a benefit from crates/TEP collected before officially opening zone 5 (but resources spent in quest V for no additional space), or the bug somehow caused quest V to not register completion while opening the zone 5 (and was therefore completed twice?).

I don't know.
