Farming issues...

    Hello, can you please help me? I am quite frustrated and don't know what's been going on... it's been happening quite a lot and it's starting to get to me. I would harvest and water then to find out, when I go back to the field that my crops have not been harvested :( It's annoying because I am doing all my fields manually. The lag has been horrible as well. I have tried all that has been said to do in the FAQs... cleared out caches, cookies and all that too. It hasn't been working...

    (I'm not a mod.) Have you tried using a different browser? I like some and dislike others.

    I occasionally have that problem when I have too many browser windows open, probably a slow connection problem for me

    This happened to me, too. The only fix I found was to leave, come back and double check. I don't know if a particular browser is the issue, but I use FireFox, with the proper Flash updates.

    Hello Lava, :)

    I have cleared your cache on the server side as well, and I have checked your account - everything seems to be loading fine. What you can do, as advised above, is not run many other applications while playing Farmerama, or stream music videos in the background, for example, as that would slow things down.

    Did the situation improve or are you still having lag issues? What browser are you using? Is your Flash up to date?

    Hi Teddy, thank you. I wasn't running that many things in the background. I even turned everything off and it was still doing that. Lag was really bad. It takes more time than usual to even load Farmerama. Sometimes I would have to load 2-3 times because I get stuck on the loading screen. I do have Flash updated. I use Chrome. I even switched to firefox and IE. Lag is still bad. I even tried going to another computer and still had the harvesting problem. :( My computers are fairly new so it's not the computer nor the internet that is running slow because other programs run fine on them.

    Today, I won't be farming much so will have to see tomorrow. If the problem persists, I can just contact support. Thank you Teddy.

    I've had exactly the same problems. I've been needing to restart the computer like 20x a day cause I will finish an area and can't access any other part of the game. So I have to log out and the only thing that seems to help a little is restarting the computer... just logging back in again doesn't seem to help much. very buggy, very very slow, bad lag. It's not an isolated problem :(

    For the past several hours the game hasn't been buggy, slow or 'broken' as in I had to reboot to get it to work properly. I didn't do anything different. It just seems to be working better. So no action is necessary. Thank you and have a great day!
