Farmwheel spin

I am inquiring on why I received 2 Ghost rides on my spins today but only see 1 in my inventory. I did check and don't see it listed in my rewards but I did receive a total of 2 and credited only one
Just everyone needs to be aware that we are not being credited accordingly. It has happened before to me, but I wouldn't catch it till late in game.

I am saying I should have been credited with 2 spooky slides as I won 2. I won the first one before the galaxy slide and the second after the veggie slide. I now see neither in reward section, although I saw only one in inventory. It was my goal to win 2 of both galaxy and spooky I was happy with the fact I only achieved half of that goal yesterday. Disappointed that it was recorded correctly. I am feeling this isn't anything to cry about, but if I had spent money to buy spins then this would be. It has me thinking how many other things have been going on unnoticed. Shortage of PF; SG; EP; crops etc. It is a game...but some pay to play. Regardless, we should at least be given what is promised.

 

There are no issues with the rewards being booked correctly. If your Reward logs coincide with my logs above, you have mistaken the prize won. If your reward logs clearly show that 2 x Spooky Slides have been won, please contact Support so they can look into it further?

okay here is an example of problem I did 3 spins and none are on the reward list. I only have booster that i purchased on the reward list. This is the issue with prizes not showing up. Just giving a good example

 

I'm sorry, but I do not understand what booster you purchased. Prizes awarded from both the farmwheel (Normal spins/ green tickets) and the Party spins (blue tickets) show in the Reward History on the wheel.

Would you please kindly clear your browser and flash cache, reboot your computer and look at the farmwheel reward logs again to see if the display issue is resolved?
