What I see is this: an event that requires a lot of your resources, especially breeding animals for prices not comparing to the donations. To me this looks suspiciously like a disguised attempt to have people buying power feed again and again as people will have to give up a lot of low or some hard earned high breeding animals and have to start over again, which is almost impossible as there are no normal baby booms anymore these days.
All year long it's events for breeding without any kind of fair compensation for the amounts of power feed needed. Guess they have discovered the good source to bring in money so they continue to milk it...
Will I do it? Yes. Am I happy with it? No

P.S. after seeing the exchange value of the animals I have, I very much doubt I will go beyond level 3  You need about 10 level 5 breeding animals to complete that... I am afraid to calculate what is needed for the last level >:(

It would have been better if the cloud row was the level 7 reward instead of level 3. I am tired of having grayed out cloud rows because I can't finish an event. -.-

I'm sitting this one out, too. Mostly.

I'm going to do L1 for the 10,000 EP, 6 Party Spins, and 40 PF's.
I have one week to grow 649 Lilies, which take 12 hours each round. Run them at night with some water, and I can accomplish L1. Good enough for me.:)

If I were to do the rest, I would be use up all of my reserves. I'm only L59, so don't have much going on in the Bahamarama place. So, this event is definitely not worth it for me.

I'll be helping my neighbors with gifts, though! Good luck, y'all! :D

I am at level 89 and I will only try the 1st 3 levels...I have not been able to finish a breeding quest yet. >:( I am sure not going to give up all the breeding animals that I have worked for. This is crazy! :p I wish everyone that goes to the "big prize" the best of luck.

I agree with all, it is costly yes but challenging and I will go for it, but I am sure it will leave my warehouse empty, but there is one thing I would like BP to consider about the ranking round and after all our resources consumed, you give us limitations by ex-clouding donating the products, and artisan products !

suggestion : please allow the donation of cuckoos that we have in huge numbers and useless ( I have more than 20000 which can outlast another 3 or 4 coming cuckoos breeding events) it helps the steps that requires animal donation.
    Good luck.

I'm going to do as many of the steps as possible. I'd really like to get the cloud row.
A lot of people wanted a quest that was more of a challenge, well we've been given one.
I'll just do my best. :)

I'm level 80 and could probably finish this, but my barn would be pretty much cleaned out. So I too am sitting it out. I'll just watch the market with interest and perhaps raise some extra CCs here and there. Bit disappointed the rewards aren't higher - they don't even justify doing the first few stages imho. I think the timing's rough too, coming on the heels of cuckoos, which I know my lower-level buddies struggle with due to power-feed shortages. So by the time this event ends its going to have seemed a long while since there was anything much for them to do. Ah well, lets hope the uber-players enjoy it - they must get bored too! xx

At a level 11, I think most I could finish is... well level 1. I think level 2 with 100,000 worth of animals is already a hell of a lot I can make sheep now, but I doubt I could get enough to donate for this event. Too bad. I was looking forward to participating in an event. Oh well, perhaps in the future I can participate better. I'll keep my fingers for this event to return next year (perhaps adjusted), just to be able to participate then :)

I agree that the rewards are just not worth the huge demand of crops, fruits, animals & breeding animals. So I will do the first level for the power feed. As to the other levels I think that I will probably pass as I have no interest in stickers & empty cloud rows. The cloud row is on level 3 & to complete the items needed for it you have to donate all those breeding animals which would be difficult. It is too bad as usually the harvest event is one of my favourites.

I think the final level could have been a donation of a mix of crops, tree fruit, animals (including breeding ones) and tools. That would have been worth clearing out our stocks for the lower levels. As it is I will do level 1, perhaps level 2 if I get time. Only going to clear some of main field.

I started the event then went to look at the requirements. Counted the 0s and decided to stop after level one. I'm at level 89 and this is one of the few events I will not try to finish. Cloud row is given too early at level 3 and stickers are completely useless. So only the first level is worthwhile completing for the power feed.

I'm sitting it out as the requirements are too high
I think this event will please hoarders, but I'm not one unfortunately.
I'd be happier if we could donate cuckoos, as I have thousands of them...............

I agree, it would be :inlove: to be able to donate cuckoos. I'll finish level 3 today, but not sure I'll go any further. By the low price of poo, and minimal price increases in everything else, I'd say the majority are sitting this one out.:(

I think some better guidance on requirements would be helpful in FAQ. What crops give what value, for example. And, do you have to start the event to get credit?

That said, unless I am very mistaken, it doesn't seem as though this will be an event worthy my time.. particularly not with the (US) Thanksgiving holiday coming. That doesn't mean its a bad event, though it looks as though many dislike the event or are just sitting it out for personal reasons.

This event wants too many dang breeding animals.
It's okay but the rewards suck

The top 1000 prize is quite awesome...

That being said, I have always disliked what I call "Barn Burner" quests but this one is beyond the pale. Completely absurd requirements, particularly breeding animals, and as many have mentioned, forcing us to commit at level 3 via the cloud row (which as mentioned should be the level 7 prize) is ridiculous as well. So you either finish or quit at level 2 because you don't want a cloud row sitting out there that you can't fill...

And all of that is BEFORE you get to the ridiculous race to top 1000, which is always a heartbreaker because you can donate everything you have up until the last day and get edged out right at the last minute. End result is long time players end up with empty resources that they've been saving for a year or more and nothing to show for it. Wonder how many will quit playing at the end of this one.

Also, I hate cuckoos, I think the addition of the cuckoos is one of the most ridiculous aspects of the game, and the fact that I have thousands of them in my barn and they are (according to posters before me) completely worthless for quests like this (which would make some of the animal and/or breeding requirements doable) is also a bad choice by the developers but as someone else mentioned, surely designed to make us spend more money. For those of us who already spend money on a regular basis, this event is a slap in the face: "Thanks for spending REAL money on NOTHING, sucker, now give us all your nothing..."

Lots of us learned one thing via this event ....... that is ...... Definition of RICH FARMER :p

Now event is really for super rich farmers and lots of them are going to be poorer after completing this....

I will definitely clear level 1 for power feeds ..... May be a few more levels otherwise like others will sit back and enjoy .

And yes if got opportunity then will definitely sell breeding animals to earn CCs
