I wanted to try, but I could only make level 4 because I do not have enough animals left now for level 5. Sigh.

Please clarify and be certain of benefits of prizes offered before the event begins - at the very least, before the event ends, players should know whether or not it is worth their time and resources to try for something, such as the cloud row. Shame on you for this part. The announcement itself was very poorly worded and off-putting - and no update with less than 24 hours left of this event. I will hold you to a higher standard than that. Please be respectful of your players.

Just checked in on the Top 1000 Farmers, lowest being at 96 million and a few.......I'm glad holding out on this one, on the last Top 500 Farmer I crippled my farm pretty bad.....it would've been stupid to let go of all the stuff to be disappointed again....
Anyway......Congratulations to all who made it!!! And better luck next time to all who didn't!!!!

I know the hot phase is just starting now, but farmers with donations over 3 billion worth of goods made it already.....and, same as me, a lot of farmers are done without a chance to even nibble on the low end of now 102 million. Right now, I guess it's just farmers working out the ranking.....or some entering after seeing what they have to put as minimum to get in

8)AGREED....only - regrettably - I had already donated over $165,000 in breeding animal value (NOT market value) before I also woke up...too late. Way, way, waaaaaaayyy too many animals, Devs!!! In principle alone, this is ....."NOT cool" !!-.--.--.-8)

8)I have always liked and enjoyed this game, but after this event, and reading so overwhelmingly many negative opinions, I deeply regret having to say this.......'No pain - no GAIN'....for BP, that is. Use up all our breeding animals and - what do we have to buy more of to replace them?? *All-together-now....more *POWER FEED* costing more RL $$$$$*.
Sorry BP, truly. You have a really good game concept here that can be profitable for both sides. But you had to know that someone would have to say it sometime, when you overstepped the boundary of *Pain=Gain*. You have read all this pain......we will wait to see what you do with it.8)

Okay, if I'm correct, the event is now over, right? Then why do I still have my Sunchokes and Chestnut munchkins in my barn? I thought the leftovers would be exchanged for EP and CC? Or will this happen at a later time?

And just to be complete: I have already logged out and logged back in. They are still in my barn and I have no extra EP, nor CC.

    Thanks for the help!

the exchange of the event leftovers take a couple of days. You see them in your barn but you can not use them.

What exactly do you want compensation for? For not finishing the event?

Please make the cloud row the LAST prize on events. Especially considering the high cost of this event, it seemed mean to put the cloud row in the middle. I did finish the 7 levels, but really wiped out my farm, as well as many CCs, mainly because I did not want another empty cloud row.

I personally am not very fond of these barn burner events and probably will not participate in them in the future. :wuerg:

But congratulations to all those farmers who had lots of crops and animals to "burn" and made it to the top 1000!

I only completed first 3 levels as the amounts required, especially of breeding animals, I felt was unrealistic and not achievable by most players.

I have liked this type of event in the years past but this year i did not like it at all. I could have done all 7 levels but i could not justify the expense for the prizes. I only did the first 2 levels and i am almost kicking myself for doing that. I thought long and hard about doing level 3 but to have an empty cloud row sitting there as i was not going to complete the event was just too much for me. I do not like the empty cloud rows as they just get in the way. The cloud row needs to be the LAST prize not the first. The other thing i really didnt like is that not once but to ask twice to donate breeding animals to the event is ridiculous. we just recently had another event that asked for breeding animals so having 2 events back to back so to speak that required them is too much. it would have been more acceptable to ask for 1 donation of breeding animals and then for the other donation ask for tools instead of the breeding animals. i can understand if it was your intention to make it so hard to get to be one of the top 1000 players but this event was really like 2 separate events. the first was to get through the 7 levels the second event was the top 1000 that players chose to competed against each other for the top spot. This may not have been what you planned on but this is what it became, 2 separate events. as such, the rewards for the 7 levels really needed to be worth the donations asked for them or maybe need to think about asking for less donations. Since the event was focused at the really long term players why not just do the second half of the event (the top 1000) for them. Have a minimum donation amount set (say 2 million cc's worth of goods for example) to be able to get into the contest and then let them throw everything they have at it in however many days you want it to go on for. Maybe 3 or 4 days with of course a specified prize. also to be fair to long and short term players dont have another event going on unless its some kind of mini event ie happy harvest day or moonlight mania etc. Thank you.
