I think it is a nice event. My skips where okay.
It's just, if you need a new tool to built a new workshop, than the toolboxes should have enough of it to be able to built one. Now I have the upgrade II and have no base. 3 scrap metal are missing. That is disappointing.

 

I enjoyed this event! I liked the orange production pen and donkey pen. It was good timing to have a sale on toolboxes to build the new production pen.

 

I, too, enjoyed the event. Though the skips were not in my favor, I was able to finish the event. I was glad it was combined with Baby boom and a PF sale. I agree with Brooke it was good timing to offer toolboxes for sale for those who could buy enough BB to purchase both PF and tools. My preference would have been the base workshop offered as a prize in the event or the toolboxes awarded in the event have enough scrap metal to be able to build one.

 

An enjoyable yet challenging event. Thank you for the BBD and toolbox sale during the same time period.

 

I enjoyed this one although I would have liked a base production pen to go with my upgrade for one of the prizes. Cloud row is welcome. The donkeys and PF you get are a big help with the breeding and I like that the level animals are not too high level so that the final prize is achievable.

 

I don't like how the breeding works in these events. I have bred over 70 donkeys and am still until able to get the opera donkey in order to finish the opera quest. (it actually requires 3 of them). Why can't the breeding work like it normally works???? If I breed 4 poitou donkeys I should get 1 opera donkey, but it doesn't work that way. I also tried the cuckoo breeding quest, and had the same issue. I have wasted so many PF's & money, that I doubt that I will do any further events like this. (I'm not a novice, as I'm at level 79).

 

I liked this event - with just over 100 donkeys and only 200PF I managed to finish. With the PF and donkey gifts, it is possible to finish without having to spend RL money, which is now and the cloud row is worth more than the items which is nice. A challenge, but a fair one. I would like to have seen 2 orange donkey sheds instead of one and maybe a base cookshop as one of the gold prizes, but you can't have everything!

 

I liked this event, with the breeding tie-in. I did the first wild donkey levels to get power feed, but when I got some of the higher level donkeys in my breeding, I wound up selling them. I made some HUGE profits and went on buying sprees.

Though I am not a mod or admin, I am puzzled by your complaint. If you don't get the donkey you were "targeting" (happened to me), then you should get a higher level donkey. Just sell that animal (worth more) and then buy the one you need. This won't work for cuckoos unfortunately, but maybe try some lower level sets and see if you get surprised with the one you want?

Anyway.... I LOVE breeding event. Even when, during the last event, the higher-level white cows were selling for less than the brown cows needed for the quest, I was not truly disappointed by a bonus (this was just a normal bonus from the statue), I just stockpiled it for later.

 

A nice event, I think it went especially well with the combination of Baby Boom, Power Feed Sale and Toolbox Sale......Even though I wasn't too lucky with skips and tool drops I enjoyed it anyway......this gave me chance to rake in some stars to get closer in completing the Tree of Wisdom. I only get a little desperate after I finish the event to finally see the Farmer Society Quests coming that go with the breeding animal......more stars!

 

I really enjoyed this event. Would like to see the base pen as part of the prizes though.
I have to say I think the design team did a wonderful job on the EP givers, they are beautiful. I think it might be my favorite cloud row.

 

This was a fun event. It was good that the event was in the Farmer's Society so that it was possible to bypass some stages to get to the new pens. Without a PF sale i would not have gained the pens so this was good. Those who say that the toolboxes should include the pieces of metal have perhaps forgotten that the contents of toolboxes are supposed to be random ! Graphics great as usual and plenty of time to complete the event.

 

try breeding outside baby boom events.

 

I enjoyed the event itself, but I think three breeding events in such close succession (I'm including Chili weather as many people had to breed some animals specially) was just too much. I'm happy to contribute a bit of money for this game to continue, but not everyone is able to do so. I would prefer it if breeding events were spaced out enough to let us recover Power feed / BBs from the cinema in between.
