Festive souvenir not producing buff

The Festive Souvenir buff will be active from the 5th - 12th January. I collected it this morning but did not get the buff, all my workshops are still showing as 1 product.

The Festive Souvenir is a Post Season buff so it would not give the buff until the Season ended today at 14:00 CET.

Your logs showed you harvested the buff at 2021-01-05 13:52:48, a few minutes before the Post Season began. I'm sorry, you will have to wait until next harvest for the buff to take effect.

The table in the FAQ does not state time - just the dates. It is very frustrating that 1/5/21 should be read as 1/5/21 14:00 when it does not say so. The team was sure to list the start and end times for the reward packages, but not for the buff. Since it is not listed the same way as for the packages you are leaving people to assume whatever and then blame it for the user error.

I'm sorry you missed activating the buff. I understand you are frustrated. There should be no assumptions on the part of players as start/end times are clearly indicated in the Official Announcement and the FAQ. Additionally, there is clear text right above the box you reference. It is not a matter of 'blaming' but clarifying your genuine mistake which is easy to do. I'm sorry I cannot fix it for you.

*Post Season Buff:
This buff can only be activated during the effective period (1 week after season ends). When it is not during the effective period, the items revert to their original balancing.

The lines you are referencing above still do not contain time the way the season rewards package does. Because it is important to have clear guidelines for sales for the sake of profits but it is not important to have clear guidelines for anything else as it is not worth caring for.
