Firefly festial no reward

    Today i spent some money on BB to buy extra Tea Pets, so i could fill in the zigzag pattern, because the reward was a crate and somewhat around 107,000 TEP. I really wanted those TEP to level up a few baha levels, to gain bananas and unlock more playing fields.

    sadly, i only got a crate and the TEP didn't come. i tried logging out and in again, but nothing works. just now i lit some onther lanterns and those gave the reward it said, but the reward from the pattern never came...

    Can support help me out>?
