Firefly patterns aren't working

What am I missing? I've delivered items for lighting the lamps, but none of the patterns I've filled in are letting me redeem the prize for completing a pattern. Delivering items works like it should, but the 'redeem' button never goes green. I got the first one, but since that nothing will work.

As soon as you have delivered to all the necessary lanterns to complete a Bingo combination, you click on the Bingo combination at the bottom of the screen until the "redeem" tab shows and stays put. You may have to do this slowly as the redeem tab is a little touchy

The redeem tab shows up and stays up, no problem. It also stays grayed out, even though the rings around the correct lamps show up. Doesn't matter how many times you click on a gray tab, nothing will happen.

 

Are you sure you have completed the correct lanterns to complete a Bingo combination. After each Bingo combination redeemed, the lanterns reset, so any lanterns needed in the next combo need to be filled again. If this is not the case, please post your ID# so we can check your account.

Yes, they did reset the first time. Now, though, I've got enough lamps lit to redeem one of at least three patterns, and still nothing. My ID # is 52245498.

 

Although you have 11 lanterns lit, none of them complete any of the bingo combinations needed.

If you click on one of the Bingo combinations under the lanterns, it will highlight the required lanterns needed, shown in Blue (except for the mystery combos):

You will need to choose which combination you can complete with the most lanterns you have lit as once a combo has been redeemed, any lanterns not used for that combo will be reset and cannot be used towards the next combo.
