What is going on with this game? I started playing the game - clicked on a lantern (bottom right) it said to give 4 lanterns & then it gave me the reward - but it won't clear out the lanterns that are lit now. Also it is not showing that I played any games probably because I can't !! There are 5 lanterns lit that won't go away

From FAQ:

Note: After you have lit all the given lanterns required for one of the Bingo combinations you need to click on the "Redeem" tab.
You need to choose the bingo combination you want to work on and only deliver the goods to the lanterns for that bingo combination!

Once you have redeemed a Bingo combination, the Lanterns reset! Only one Bingo combination can be redeemed at a time. Each Bingo combination can only be collected once. For each Bingo combination completed, it counts towards the Main Progress Bar to earn the Event items. You need to complete all 15 Bingo combinations to receive the Deco items and Event Cloudrow.

It is not working - did you read my post? there are 5 lanterns that are lit & won't clear - I didn't get a chance to pick a combination - I clicked one lantern it said redeem so I clicked on it - it didn't go away -the lantern is still lit - so I clicked on another one to see if it would go away - it didn't - I closed the game entirely - the 5 lantern's are still lit

You need to light lanterns in one of the patterns that make a combination. Once you have lit the lanterns that match a combination, you must redeem that combination. You have redeemed individual rewards but you must also redeem the combination and then the lanterns reset, meaning they will all become unlit once again.

You have lit 5 lanterns but they do not match a bingo combination yet so they will remain lit until you redeem a combination.
