Fishing Game Premium lure wrong result 2

Hello,

Here is a video proof to show that I get faulty catches in the Fishing game.
As the devs said this is not possible, in my other tech question on this, and the game is working as intended. How is this possible then?

So what do the devs say on this?



Timings in the video where I caught lobsters, where I shouldn't have gotten them.

0:20 - choice 'Premium lure'
0:27 - landed on 'Good spot'
0:30 - caugth 'Lobsters' (Impossible catch according to the ingame chart)

0:37 - choice 'Premium lure'
0:42 - landed on 'Good spot'
0:45 - caugth 'Lobsters' (Impossible catch according to the ingame chart)

1:05 - choice 'Premium lure'
1:11 - landed on 'Good spot'
1:14 - caugth 'Lobsters' (Impossible catch according to the ingame chart)

Well yes I would like a response in how this is possible, as you told us 'the dev team assured the game is working as intended'. Can we conclude then they knew this and did not tell us all the truth on how the game works?

Or is there something we should have done?

Are we going to get compensated? I alone had at least 7-8 times a catch, like the example, with wrong results and thus did not get all the items I could have.

Telling us the game works as intended is not the same as telling us they did not know or cared or programmed it to behave like this.

Thank you for taking time to post the video and report, but unfortunately there is nothing else we can do or say apart from what we have been told: The in game chart was correct. The catches do look perfect but they have been registered as good - so they could have been very close to the edge of the circle, but not quite perfect. As the event is over, I am really sorry, but there is nothing we can do. If you want to discuss this further, please contact our Customer Care Team.
