I've been aware of Firefox and Chrome no longer allowing by default to run flash for this game, having the user manage permissions but the latest Firefox update has put this game out of commission for that browser. I've done everything possible unchecked, checked, cleared, re-installed, looked at current threads...now I cannot even install flash in Firefox I get a connection error. I went after Firefox and tried to find out why the block even though I set it to allow; reload and it changed back to block. When I followed the instructions on your opening page it directed me to the Firefox settings and a painful circle began again. after 4 hours I gave up and tried Chrome, it worked then it began to give me the same grief...the blank page. I lucked out and got back in after 15 minutes of clearing, reloading, re-setting permissions, checked my antivirus, firewall, allowing adobe to run.
I'm not even telling you how many attempts I've made to load the game. I even considered a system restore. This is getting stupid.
If I suddenly one day stop logging in you'll have the answer already; I can't
Hopefully I can get back to your response later and read it for this is a technical thing with the browser and not your doing but I'm wondering if your IT has taken a look at this browser block because I'm probably not the single case.

    Hello saturnia22,

Each time you clear your caches and restart your computer, the Flash permission will need to be reset to "allow". As long as you have Flash Player installed on your computer, you will be able to "allow" Flash Player to run in any of your browsers. You can find more instructions here.

    Can I assist you further?
