flashplayer

i set my flashplayer default to allow, but i have to reset default to allow evertime i enter game. is ther a way to save the default setting?

It will depend what browser you are using. Once you have chosen "allow" Flash to play in settings, it should remember this until you clear your browser cookies and cache. Further instructions for enabling Flash can be found here.

i am using google chrome. i re-did the settings. and it still does not remember allow flash.

Could you please try the alternative option explained in the FAQ?

Clicking on lock icon in the address bar when accessing Farmerama, select "Allow" for the Flash settings, and then refresh the page. Does this help?

how do i check latest version of browser?

 

Click on the 3 vertical dots at the top of your browser window, under the Help menu, click on About Google Chrome.
It will open a new window and should check to see if you need an update.

i have latest version of browser. and it still doesn't save flash.

 

The settings are saved if you leave your browser open, but if you close your browser, you will need to Allow Flash each time you log in to your farm. If your browser remains open, you will not be prompted to Allow Flash.

how do i keep my browser opened?

 

Instead of closing the browser window, you can just log out of the game using the green X at the top right hand side of your game screen. This will exit you from the game but keep the window open.
