    I bought the Terror Bouquet recipe from Jacks shop, but its not showing up, do I have to be a certain level to use it?

    The Terror Bouquet recipe allows you to make your own Terror Bouquets in the Florist. This is a level 3 recipe.

    Yes, as soon as you reach level 3 in the Florist, the recipe will be there.
