Florist is unlocked

    I swear I didn't do this.

    I was trying to level up on Confectioner and it seems the Florist construction building appeared.

    Confectioner was acting flakey (cooking smooth Jelly without showing it).

    It does also show the Quest to finish the florist.

    Could someone check this out for me. Last I remember you had to buy it with BB's to open it.
