florist issue

Twice now, I have set up my florist to make a floral arrangement (level 4 base product), but when I go to make the wedding arrangement, it shows 0. I thought at first it might be just a "visual" or timing glitch, but the ingredients were still in my inventory. I tried again, and, again, I got a message saying "1 floral arrangement has been added", but none were on the shelf when I tried to make a wedding arrangement, and again, the ingredients were still in my storage.

Its not that big of a deal. I expect it will straighten out eventually, but figured I should mention it.

Hello woody,

The base recipes do not show on the shelves in the Artisan village, only in your Barn under "trade products".
The Wedding arrangement takes 1 floral arrangement and also 1 wedding bouquet which is a level 3 product. Do you have any of them in inventory?

I am sorry, but your answer did not address my issue at all.

I got a message saying floral arrangement was complete, but when i went to make the wedding arrangement, I could not because the base product was missing. This happened twice. I did have all the other ingredients.

This has resolved this time, but please pass on the information to those who do the programming. There is a continued, serious issue. This same issue keeps popping up. That is all. You don't need to respond, but DO pass the message on to the appropriate individuals, don't just dismiss this as my error.
