    sorry to bother you all, but the flower cloud row says its speeds up by 10% on flowers and event plants, however there is no change in the time. It did not reduce the time at all. this has happened ever since the lag with the harvester started.
    please could some one check this out for me.
    If I am incorrect on this please be so kind as to let me know.

    farm name and Id are listed in siggy

    I'm not a mod and I'm sorry to be the bearer of not great news but the effect on event plants is limited to an EP boost.

    This is from the FAQs on Farmwheel Fun Days!

    Type: Themed
    Cooldown time: 48 hours
    Effects: 30% more EP/BEP & 10% faster growing time for "Flowers" crop category
    plus 10% more EP for event crops, all effects lasting for 24 hours!
