Bat Kebob Treasure Chests (not gift boxes):

This is the 2nd time that the bats gave me 2 trees from feeding them kebabs and I only received one in inventory.

The 1st time it happened I thought maybe it was just a glitch and showed me the tree twice in error but now it has happened again.

The treasure chests were not consecutive -- I received a tree and then some other gifts and then another tree. I have checked both main and Baha inventory and I have only received the one.

I don't think you know what I am saying.

When I harvested the treasure chests from the bats I received a tree, I then received 2 or 3 other items like EP, money or stars and then another tree showed up. This was during one session. When I checked the inventory there was only 1 Lohtse tree there and I placed it on my main field. I checked the Baha inventory to see if there was a Bornholm tree and there wasn't.

So, the problem is that it said I harvested 2 trees during the session but only 1 was received. If it didn't show up in my inventory it probably will not be on the history record for my account so I don't know what if anything you could do about it because BP usually requires proof instead of just taking someone's word which is understandable.

I just wanted to let BP know that there was a problem with the game play.

Posting a list does no good. As I have stated and tried to explain when you receive a treasure chest after feeding a bat a pop up window appears that shows what you have won. I won a tree and then several other items and then another tree. The one tree went into my inventory and I planted it on my main field and the other did not nor did it show up in any registry of the game or my account.

As stated before I have no proof that this has happened but it does appear to be some type of problem in he game play as it has happened more than once. I thought that BP would be interested in knowing that this was occurring but apparently not as I have just been informed above that it did not happen.

I am sorry, but the logs shown above are exactly what rewards you have received when feeding the bats(the pop ups you receive). Your logs show exactly 75 rewards that you have received, no bat that has been fed is missing logs, they all have a prize attached to them. If the logs were wrong or incomplete, there would be many many users complaining.
