Flying reindeer Vanished

I had the flying reindeer for a very long time on the Pet playground and now it's vanished I looked in my inventory and it's not there it vanished and my flying reindeer I don't have it anymore why ? is there a bug ?

I cannot find that you ever had the Flying Reindeer pet on this account. It was originally introduced in 2011 and logs do not go back that far.

I told you that I had the flying reindeer i play every single day and I would collect the star every single day on the Pet playground so please give me back my flying reindeer ! I am not delusional there is a bug my reindeer vanished !

 

I checked all your available logs for the last 6 months and no stars were ever awarded from a Pet Flying Reindeer.

Even if there were a bug that made the pet not visible, there would be evidence it existed. That is not the case for your account. I'm sorry, this is s not news you wish to hear, but I cannot find any trace of it on your account.

I repeat once again I am not delusional I did have the pet flying reindeer I would collect every single day the star at the Pet playground that's where I put it and it is not necessary that has to be evidence if there is a bug. I got it for from playing the event I did not pay for it ! You need to report who ever is in charge of this game. I am so ~edit~ because it is already hard to get the stars besides from the guest.

 

The flying reindeer gives 1 Star every 168 hours which is 7 days. As stated, I've reviewed your logs for the last 6 months which show your stars and where they came from. In the last 6 months, all of your stars have come from leveling up, quests and the farmwheel. You have not harvested any pet that provides stars.

That's not true !!!!! I did have the flying reindeer i did not lv up only from lv up i had the help of the the flying reindeer and it's not about disagreement it's about you don't believe me when i said I did have the flying reindeer and once again I am not delusional ! you better report to the manger because i will report you because I did have the flying reindeer
